Chad Kisamore I arrived just after Tim had opened. I was stunned at the wide variety of amazing items from all cultures and time periods. We began talking and I was looking for a very specific set of pens made by Parker in the 1970s. Tim went in the back and low and behold he had them. We agreed on a price and I will always drop by from now on when in town. Dont miss this gem of a store and say hello to Tim he is a genuinely great person!

Kyler Morrison Just stoped in hoping to find a spring bar for my watch. The gentleman who helped me was named Tab. He is the perfect example of what customer service should be. My experience working with him, though simple and straight forward definitely left a great impression and I will always look to this location for my future jewelry purchases and fixes as long as Tab is still working there. He was patient and polite. If he was my employee I would give him a raise and use him as an example for all your employees.

Kat Sykes I am very pleased with my experience with Wagner Jewelers. I took two rings in to have appraised for insurance purposes. Both rings actually needed tightening and repair so I was glad that I had come in. They gave me an estimate on repairs and appraisal and a delivery date. My rings look amazing and I can feel the difference in the tightness of the gemstones. They were done early, which really was pleasing! Overall, very professional and I would definitely come back again.

Rachael Decker Nancy worked with me to design the most beautiful custom wedding band! My engagement ring is kind of a funky shape, and I was very particular about wanting the band totally flush. She worked with her wax carver to design me the ring of my dreams for a super reasonable price (in record time, might I add!), and gave me a great deal on a wedding band for my fiancé. Scott Gardner I’ve met quite a few Authorized Rolex Dealers but Shari Hutchinson is the absolute best (as is Ben Bridge in Seattle)! Shari is very responsive, professional, kind and has a great sense of humor. We end up spending more time than “necessary” because I truly enjoy her company. She will work very hard to get you the timepiece you want. She is an absolute treasure! Also a shout out to BB because their store is beautiful and they have many other outstanding salespeople.

future PRODIGIES Look you win some you lose some so you can’t judge a pawn shop on one item you bring in because things change and their inventory changes so prices they can give also fluctuate. I was happy they helped me. They are fun and nice and help people. Sometimes the item I have isn’t worth much but other times I need help and they are super cool
