US Pawn- 4001 Pacific Ave - Tacoma (WA)

1 /5 Kevin Harrell: Horrible Service and Experience.. today I was trying to pawn my new air pods 4 headphones, still in box.. the retail price is 143(including taxes), This place offered to give me 25 $ for theseairpods and they must have a charger cable with them.. I explained to this pawnshop, that these earbuds do not come with a charger when u purchase them, only the case and earbuds..they stated its their "policy" to take a charger with it.. I told them I do have a extra charger but the charger by itself is 20 $ .. For the price of 25$ , i can only offer the air pods . They stated that even tho the air pods does not come with a charger, they need one.. Absolutely ridiculous.. I believe that I was pre judge and the real reason is because they think everything a black person brings in there store is Stolen. I am tired of being treated like a criminal.. it doesnt even make sense to offer me 25$ and demand that I bring my own charger or they will not take the air pods ...this store and the service is ridiculous....

2 /5 Terry McIntosh: Ive had two purchase-related experiences with this shop -- the first was competently executed, but the second was a disaster involving a 2.25 hour round trip drive to/from Seattle in weekday afternoon rush hour traffic and arriving to find the item that I was interested in had sold days prior... this after having reached out to them about the item before grabbing the car keys. A retail shop, no larger than my living room, finding basic inventory management difficult raises questions about potentially larger problems with the business and it only takes one bad experience to erase any prior good will. That is unfortunate. There are many words that I could use to describe my experience today, but "happy" would not be one of them. Proceed with caution and manage expectations.

5 /5 Danni Dreamer: This was my first time ever dealing with a pawn shop, and the people I met here made me feel welcome and informed me of everything I needed to know without making me feel dumb or inferior. I really like how I felt they were listening to me and respected everything. I said, even if it was something that was wrong looking forward to working with them again.
