Dior Phillips Called 30 minutes after they opened to schedule a piercing and I came in an hour later and within 20 minutes I was walking out extremely satisfied and happy with my experience. I had Ember as my piercer and they did an amazing job on my vertical labret. The entire piercing time was super quick and very professional. The placements they did were perfect and I felt very comfortable for my first time there. Adding on, I even felt very accommodated for, cared for, and respected with my decisions for my piercings by actually just everyone there. It was all in all a very amazing experience, and I definitely will be coming back in the future!

I was guided through the whole process well, continuously being offered great ideas as we matured the ring. Multiple wax models to ensure everything was exactly as I wanted in real life and even tweaked the finish once I saw the final ring. Cannot recommend enough.

She was always so patient, kind, and communicative while we went back and forth on what we liked and didn’t like to help us find our ring. She listened patiently and even ordered rings to the shop so we could try them on in-person and find just what we were looking for. We love our rings and would come back for any of our jewelry needs. Chatted with Mark for a while about my interest and left my information in the event that one became available. Fast forward a couple days, I received the call that the watch had arrived in stock. Made my way back to the shop a couple days later and purchased the amazing Tudor Black Bay 58 GMT that I’d been looking for! Super welcoming environment, again very kind staff—Mark was personable, kind, and so helpful in showing me the features of the watch. This is truly a top tier jeweler.
