Barbara G I always have a great time here. Today, Sasha helped me pick out charms and was so helpful with ideas! I love my charm bracelets and I style my bracelets to look a certain way and needed a couple of safety chains. Sasha was very helpful in getting my bracelets and charms back on, which cam be a chore. My husband periodically gets charms for me and he has had great experiences here, too. A lot of times, I order charms online, but coming to this store is so much better! Keep up the great work!!

I love the fact that they have the two piercers at once to make it go so smooth and easy. They were also really good about the aftercare protocols and they even followed up with us a couple weeks after to make sure that her healing was going well. thanks so much for making an experience for a child so memorable! Sara Cook Jennifer S and Jennifer T have been absolutely helpful in helping me make the ring of my dreams! I showed Jennifer S my dream ring inspired by a movie and she jumped on helping find the yellow diamond to ship into the store and view. Jennifer T called me a few days later to bring me into the diamond room to see the diamond. She answered so many questions, listened rocky design wishes and took many notes. Great experience! I later met with Jennifer S to finalize the design, purchase and get this made. Buying my ring from the Helzberg Diamond store in Tacoma has been a great experience. Looking forward to a continued relationship while getting my ring cleaned and serviced. Would highly recommend meeting with these fine ladies for custom designs of any other jewelry purchases. 10/10 experience!

This store offers something for everyone and everything is very reasonably priced. The owners are both real friendly and greet me every time I come in. Jullia Kim I went to over 20+ stores for my ring that I wanted. I saw it on display at another jeweler but wasnt with the right person to buy it at the time. I took a picture of it, and kept it until the time was right. Amit took a look at the picture, and after SO many other jewelers rejected me, said it would be no problem. Within a month (I would have waited longer because of how good of a job he did) he had the mounting made, had the stone choices for me to pick, and the shape was perfect. If youre looking for someone to help you with a custom ring, go no where else! AK Jewelers is going to be our jeweler going forward. :) Thank you so much for my beautiful ring!

A Rod Went in just wanting to look around, Alicia greeted and helped me, she showed me some pretty charms, i love the Disney collection. I ended up buying this ring for my sister! If you’re going to Pandora definitely recommend the sales associate I had Alicia. Very very nice with great customer service, will be coming back!

However, if I didn’t leave a comment of the fairness, respect and trust I have in this shop, I would be doing a disservice to the entire community of investors and collectors. This shop is phenomenal in every way. Give them a shot! Just call and ask what you want or want to sell they will work with you. Or bring it in and they will help! Amelia Chestnutt I had an excellent experience buying my first charm bracelet from Pandora. Dominique was extremely knowledgeable and friendly, and she even let me try on her own bracelet to see how the length would feel when the bracelet is full of charms.
