New I ordered a new bracelet today (5 baht) and I had a good experience shopping there.

Said Rashahid Came here with my mom to get her ring fixed. Everywhere else was talking about charging her $30–$150 and a weeklong wait time. They did it in about 30 seconds, for free! We will absolutely be coming back to them in the future for our jewelry purchases.

A Rod Went in just wanting to look around, Alicia greeted and helped me, she showed me some pretty charms, i love the Disney collection. I ended up buying this ring for my sister! If you’re going to Pandora definitely recommend the sales associate I had Alicia. Very very nice with great customer service, will be coming back!

Casey Younger Super pleased with our experience here! Id been in in the past to get jewelry swapped out for my cartilage piercings, but this was my first piercing experience at Silver Safari. I was looking for a place for my 7 year old to get her earlobes pierced that didnt entail a piercing gun or "gunless cartridge" (which is just the bit from inside the piercing gun operated by hand). A few weeks prior I took my daughter in so she could see the place and we could ask questions and see her piercing jewelry options. Then on 6/16/25 we came in on a Monday after school. My daughter was excited, but still nervous about the unknown. We got Amanda and she was AWESOME. Back in a private piercing room Amanda explained the process to my daughter and was patient as my daughter asked questions (not just talking past my daughter to me). Then during the piercing she still talked her through it, and brought in a second piercer to do both lobes at the same time. They were quick and professional and my daughter who freaks out in tears at the doctor with shots didnt even cry once! Within 10 seconds of the piercing she was totally calm. And she was thrilled when she saw herself in the mirror with pierced ears! And then again, Amanda patiently listed to my daughters aftercare questions too. We never felt rushed. And I can safely say they are great with kids too. Immediately after Amanda also did a conch piercing for me, which was also very smooth. It was about 45 minutes total from when we initially walked in and took a number to walking out with piercing complete. Its now 10 days later and both our piecers are looking great. My daughter was able to get the comfortable flat backs due to the needle piercing, and has not complained once about any pain in the healing process or during our daily cleaning. Her ears also have not looked red or irritated since piercing day. I would definitely recommend Silver Safari to any parents looking for a place to safely pierce their kids ears and have a positive experience. Thank you Amanda!!!!

Rob Swanson Mike and John are amazing! My wife wanted two custom bands made to frame her engagement ring, we brought the gold and diamonds from my deceased mother in laws wedding ring to make this a special piece. They worked with us throughout the process, communicated clearly, were super friendly and their craftsmanship is second to none. I wouldn’t trust any other jeweler to do this project and I’m so glad we used Jewel Crafters.

Nick Frederiksen Hayley made my wife a beautiful engagement ring and wedding band that both far exceeded my expectations. She is a very talented artist and super easy to work with. The rings were rendered in CADD first so I could get a sense of what they might look like before they were cast, which made settling on a design really easy. Jullia Kim I went to over 20+ stores for my ring that I wanted. I saw it on display at another jeweler but wasnt with the right person to buy it at the time. I took a picture of it, and kept it until the time was right. Amit took a look at the picture, and after SO many other jewelers rejected me, said it would be no problem. Within a month (I would have waited longer because of how good of a job he did) he had the mounting made, had the stone choices for me to pick, and the shape was perfect.
