Joshua Carcamo 10/10 I got provided with the best service, from their customer service, to the location, to the store presentation, their attention to detail and craftsmanship is impeccable, I had them make my custom diamond prayer hands pendant bale bigger and solid since it was for my 6mm Miami Cuban it wouldn’t fit with the box lock (9.5mm) and the gold wire holding the bale together from the back was rather thin and I couldn’t get a piece of mind of that (the pendant was custom made else where). they did exactly what I asked for and delivered me a great finished product. (:

Sonny I had great anxiety bringing my daughter in to get her ears pierced, Leanne did a great job explaining the process and coordinated so both earrings would be pierced at the same time. On the actual moment of getting her ears pierced the process was quick and she made sure before actually doing the piercing that its where we wanted it to be. Upon completion my daughter cried for no more than 5 seconds and was absolutely happy. We are super pleased with the service this banter offered us and will definitely come back again

Victor Law My wife came in looking at their jewelry collection. The interior was modern and spacious. There were collections from different artists all over the world. Every artist had their own little area, which was fitting. My wife found some beautiful necklaces, and the lady helping her was very patient and kind. My wife bought the necklace and wore it out.

Jade Marie Scam artist! Wish we would have read the comments before making a purchase. My spouse bought me two rings for Christmas. The first one was white gold with an amethyst. Not even a week later the stone fell out. I don’t have a job that’s rough and take my rings off to do dishes etc. so the fact that it fell out within a week is ridiculous. Then when we read the comments this happened to someone else as well. They wouldnt do anything to help or replace the stone. The second ring is white gold, diamonds, and tanzanite. Well we were lead to believe it was a tanzanite but not even a month later and the stone is becoming clear/see through and most definitely not real. I’m not going to stand by though and do nothing. I’ve contacted the BBB, Westfield Mall (we’re they are located), and will go to the news if I have too. The fact that they are getting away with ripping people off infuriates me. We work hard for the things we purchase and want these things to be nice. At the very least last longer than a week!! I would recommend never stepping a foot in this jewelry store if you value your money.

They completely remade my band and explained the entire process to me. It turned out beautifully and better than I could have ever imagined. Lori, the manager, and Andrea also worked with us to find the best deal without sacrificing the styles we wanted, which we really appreciated. Angie Kadirova Had such a great experience. The owner was very kind to my boyfriend and I. He gave us sweet advice since I’m and his wife have been married for so many years. I got two bracelets, my boyfriend got a ring. All of it was very nice:) very good experience here. I read some previous reviews and I would point out this owner is elderly and seems to have very traditional values maybe that explains his “rudeness” as mentioned in the other reviews. We both had an amazing time. Like amaaaazinggggg. They were very good.
