I couldn’t believe the price—they offered the best deal around! The customer service really stood out. After I bought the ring, they offered to clean it for free, which was such a nice touch. Plus, I brought in a piece of jewelry that I hadn’t purchased there, and they kindly fixed it at no charge! Doug, thank you for your professionalism and for going above and beyond. Sutton Bradley Kim is an incredibly knowledgeable and detail-oriented gemologist who will work hard to meet every desire or your jewelry search, but more importantly he is a true friend to his customers. Kim truly cared about making my fiancés engagement ring an outstanding piece, allowing me to guide the process while injecting his expertise in a welcoming and approachable fashion. He worked very hard across many iterations to ensure the totally custom ring was everything she wanted. Prices and turnaround time were awesome. I would work with Kim 10 times out of 10 and highly encourage everyone else to.

JOSHUA PELLOW I have always had a pleasant experience with everyone at Pandora Bellevue. And today was no different, I work in Bellevue and I don’t always have the time to browse and shop simultaneously on my visits, so the BOPIS option is excellent, I placed my order in the morning and by early afternoon I came in to collect the charms I selected, above and beyond service! My order wasn’t ready but the lovely lady who assisted me picked them and wrapped them beautifully. She asked me how long I had been collection and I said since 2013, and she was pleasantly impressed! Which made me feel valued in and as a returning customer. Pandora for me is like a candy shop, haha! It’s always sweet to pick up something shiny that brightens my day! Thank you team Bellevue! ❤️

Gilbert McKown First off, Kevin is the best! I come in wanting to buy some gold and silver as an investment for the future. I wasnt sure what I really wanted, but Kevin knew exactly what questions to ask me. He was totally transparent about what he would buy as good deals and pointed out the things that werent good deals, and some fun items to have as a collectable. Super informative and humble enough to admit when he didnt have all the information. After buying my coins and making it home, some of the numbers didnt add up on my receipt. I gave them a call and everything got sorted out instantly. Kevin was so nice with a "Merry Christmas" to end the call. This was an incredibly pleasant interaction and so much better than any experience I had with other main brand coin shops. I 100% recommend shopping here for anyone wanting to buy gold or silver. Tonia Jackson Kim was always a pleasure to work with. We have bought multiple rings, necklaces ect from here. Unfortunately Kim retired and the new manager is not so good. She made my husband feel like he was being profiled. acted like he shouldnt be there and was wasting her time. He took my engagement ring to get it cleaned and purchase a new band for me. Not only did he take my ring but the ring size is in their computer, when he got the new ring its was way too small and my engagement ring wasnt clean. The new manager clearly doesnt care about customer service and now that Kim is gone, so are we. We will not be returning to be treated like crap. We will stick to Tiffany and Co.....
