Nick Frederiksen Hayley made my wife a beautiful engagement ring and wedding band that both far exceeded my expectations. She is a very talented artist and super easy to work with. The rings were rendered in CADD first so I could get a sense of what they might look like before they were cast, which made settling on a design really easy. She even helped me resize my grandfather’s old ring for my band. I really appreciate all the hard work and responsiveness throughout the process. Thank you!!!

Back in 2021, my husband bought my engagement ring and had an appraisal done . Fast forward to 2025, and my ring unfortunately went missing. Filing an insurance claim with Allstate (wouldn’t recommend) has been nothing short of a nightmare. Thankfully, Jill at JLewis Jewelry stepped in to help. She kindly provided a new appraisal right away, and when the insurance company rejected it, she went the extra mile to get me a detailed estimate for a replacement—even though it was time-consuming and totally outside of her obligation.
