I couldn’t believe the price—they offered the best deal around! The customer service really stood out. After I bought the ring, they offered to clean it for free, which was such a nice touch. Plus, I brought in a piece of jewelry that I hadn’t purchased there, and they kindly fixed it at no charge! Doug, thank you for your professionalism and for going above and beyond. 5 /5 O K: After checking out a bunch of jewelry stores in the greater Seattle area for an engagement ring, I finally found Fabri, and I couldn’t be happier. They had the best prices and helped me pick out the perfect lab grown diamond. The design process was super quick, and I was amazed that the ring was ready in just 3 weeks when other places quoted 4-12 weeks. They even kept me in the loop with updates the whole time. If youre on the hunt for an engagement ring, I definitely recommend Fabri. They made everything so easy, and my fiancee absolutely loves the ring.

5 /5 Crystal De Leon: My parents were visiting Seattle and were looking for a wedding ring and band for my fiance to buy for me. I had been wanting a ring in the shape of a hexagon that I had only been able to find online, which I was not comfortable with purchasing. Doug spoke with my parents and talked to them about making a custom ring. He called me over the phone and asked me about my preferences and said that my custom ring would be ready in time for my wedding, which was very close, only 3 to 4 weeks away from when he met my parents. Doug went above and beyond to find and cut the stone I wanted, and worked off of pictures I sent him. He sent us a computerized design of the ring before making it to ensure it was to my liking. Doug was very polite, helpful, knowledgeable, and made sure I had my dream ring, and in time for my wedding! It was designed, made, and shipped to me so quickly, it got there the week before my wedding! All the other local and corporate jewelers in Texas were either unwilling to do custom work or it would take too long. Doug is amazing, as is his work! Highly recommended!

Since the bride only wanted the single band, Doug iterated on the design and came up with a sexy-looking curved band with seven stones that looks beautiful, yet practical, so it can be worn daily. My bride has received many compliments on it since the engagement, and last weekend we were able to exchange the rings officially in our ceremony. Thanks again for the wonderful service, Doug!

5 /5 Elizabeth Strauss: BEST Jeweler!!!! Fabri restored an antique diamond ring that I inherited and also repaired several necklaces. All are now wearable and sparkle. Doug and Jacob are very personable and responsive. Going to Fabri Fine Jewelry is like visiting an old friend while getting delightfully energized from being surrounded by diamonds. Highly recommend!!!!
