Mike Money Fred fixed my wifes wedding ring! I took in the ring to get it evaluated for estimate. Freds pricing was very reasonable! He is very knowledgeable and explained exactly how to fix the ring. Luckily for my wife and I we didnt lose the diamond that was hanging by a thread! Fred took the ring that day and had it sparkling new just a few days later. Him and his wife Daina are the nicest most loveliest couple! It was such a pleasure to meet and have the work I needed done with Fred Bennett Creations. Ill be sure to visit them again in the future.

Chelsea Borror Bobbi was amazing! I have had my ring for 3 years (my engagement ring) and the largest diamond fell out. I had some repair work done and the stone replaced but it left the ring looking melted and sloppy. I had it sent back to fix that with no improvement other than the shape. Me and my husband came in today to have our yearly inspection done for our insurance to stay valid and I once again stated I was unhappy with the way it looked and I almost never wore it anymore. The original lady helping was looking at it for a very long time and said she was going to do the bare minium again to fix it. Eventually she called Bobbi over to save the day! She took one look at my ring and said they would happily honor the insurance and "buy out" and replace my ring for only the cost of a new warranty! I walked out today with a beautiful new ring for a small fee and so incredibly happy! She was so so helpful and kind and made a once bad experience into a wonderful one and I cannot thank her enough! If you go to this location make sure she is the one to help you!

N C I was here to buy my first bracelet couple of months ago and DAYA helped me to build it. And today came back to return some charms because the price went down. Idk about rest of the sales associates because they were like we can’t return and didn’t seem like helpful. But the sales lead DAYA was so kind to help me. Came to return 4 charms and ended up buying more than 10 charms and a jewelry box. DAYA is always helpful and knowledgeable. I am very happy with her positive attitude and customer service. She is a kind person and wants to help her customer. Stop by this location and ask for DAYA. She is the best. She is my go to from now on. Thank you again. I really appreciate you DAYA.

Andria Welty Menashe has treated my Fiance and I with a top notch experience. The first time we went to look for engagement rings they hung out with us for over an hour as we looked at different styles to figure out what we liked. When my fiance went back to settle on a ring they decided to do custom. His experience blew us away. We have since gone back to figure out our wedding bands and decided to do a custom piece for his wedding ring which turned out perfect! They worked with us multiple times as I tried to decide on my wedding band. Never pressuring anything and were happy to help with all my ideas and looking again and again at their selection.
