5 /5 Hannah Pyun: I requested that the jeweler install a Moissanite stone into a custom ring I brought in. It turns out they had to elongate the prongs a bit before putting the stone in so the process was a bit more complicated than I expected, but they did a great job. They exhibited great customer service as well. I highly recommend Swissa Jewelers.

I came in to ask about fixing a piece of jewelry I already had, and the man working there was extremely rude and dismissive, and his behavior came across as racist. I was already speaking English when he told me to “speak English,” which was unnecessary and insulting. When my friend politely asked how much he was going to charge, he snapped at her, saying she shouldn’t even ask since she wasn’t the one paying. He told her to sit down and not talk, and then rudely added that if she didn’t like his “humor” she could leave. When I showed surprise at his tone, he told me I could leave too (which we for sure left) He also spoke disrespectfully to the woman working there, telling her to shut up, and it was clear she felt uncomfortable—she even apologized to us as we walked out. This man’s attitude was unprofessional, hostile, and discriminatory!

5 /5 Paula Villegas: Came in to get a necklace fixed and was serviced so well Maryanne also helped me to identify what gems were on family heirloom rings and kindly cleaned it as well Lovely woman and great experience!!

2 /5 Steven M.: Came to get a necklace fixed and was immediately put aside for 10-15 min when a new customer walked in. Eventually he lost his patience with our fix and was rude and abrupt with us and caused damage to a pendant.

1 /5 Susan Lynn Giesecke: The owner/manager was very rude to the customer and expensive for any service. Refused to repair my watch. I do not recommend and would not return for any service. I was willing to pay and when I asked about the price, the manager refused service. He told me to go to go elsewhere which I will gladly do. His assistant tried to apologize for him but he will keep losing business with his rude behavior to potential customers. My relatives have gone here for years but not ever again.
