Service is top notch for whats in the case as well as custom work and their prices are spot on. Also, they have the sweetest Golden Retriever that hangs out and will get pets or give you space depending on your preference.

After a terrible experience at a different location, we decided to make the extra drive to another location to get my rings fixed correctly. They both helped me correctly size my ring to its correct size, fixed another issue we were having with one of my rings not showing up in the system (a struggle that we had for three years!!), and were very attentive to our concerns. After a horrible experience with a large chain jeweler (they lost my antique wedding band and lied about it for months, long story) I was nervous taking my wedding band set to be cleaned and inspected. Well, one day, I noticed a bad prong on my engagement ring and knew I needed to just get it done. I found Jewelry Dr. via Google and couldnt be happier! They saw me right away as a walk in, immediately inspected my set, identified the problem and even found two cracked diamonds in my wedding band! They were able to complete the work promptly and in house which was amazing. They had honest, fair pricing and shined my rings up like new. Ill definitely be back to have inspections, further repairs and cleanings!

Tony H JCPenney is a great place to go shopping for back to school. This is my first time at this JCPenney. It was pretty nice and big, kept really clean, and not really busy. Customer service is nice and friendly. I will say I did struggle a little bit to find things around the store.
