Benjamin Hunter I recently commissioned a custom platinum wedding ring from L.L. Devine. I chose the Blue Lagoon ring adorned with diamonds and Montana sapphires but I wanted more and she made it easy to customize by adding a few more stones. The design captures everything I envisioned and more. Not only is the combination of the platinum with the diamonds and sapphires just right, the pattern she created is truly remarkable. Its not easy to balance randomness and pattern but that is what makes it feel so dynamic. It also fits perfectly and is incredibly comfortable to wear. The trial fitting period made me feel confident in my choice. I’ve worn it daily since receiving it, and it has become an essential part of my life. Jill OBrien-Dawson The love of my life bought me a beautiful ring for Valentines Day. I loved everything about it. Thankfully he also bought the warranty that is offered. Eight months later one of the smaller diamonds fell out. No problem - it happens. Because we live in Bellevue we took it to that store for repair. The lady behind the counter refused to repair it as we did not bring it in for the six month adjustment. We did not do this because we were not given that piece of the warranty paperwork that stated we should bring it in. Its a separate document. She suggested that we take it to the Redmond store to see if that manager would be willing to help us. One look at the warranty paperwork we did have, he immediately said yes. He was kind, courteous and professional. Thank you Erik! You are a great manager for Fred Meyer.

Gracie Huberty A Finer Moment made it a great experience for me and my boyfriend to choose a homecoming dress for me. I had travelled to Spokane and booked an appointment online before knowing the dress shop was actually closed that day. But, after she found out the distance I had traveled, the owner Lisa was kind enough to show up with Janelle and help me choose a homecoming dress on late notice. Janelle was very kind and thoughtful and made me feel very welcome. Janelle also made me feel gorgeous in every dress I tried. 10/10 experience, would recommend to any girl looking for a formal dress.

Nick Frederiksen Hayley made my wife a beautiful engagement ring and wedding band that both far exceeded my expectations. She is a very talented artist and super easy to work with. The rings were rendered in CADD first so I could get a sense of what they might look like before they were cast, which made settling on a design really easy. Norman Brettell After getting my watch back this afternoon, I had to do a review. I’m going to go ahead and call the master jeweler, master watch guy. I don’t know, but he did some incredible stuff to my southwestern Sterling silver watchband that I don’t think anybody Can work on pieces like this ended up, beefing up the watch band itself with heavier duty parts. So yeah if you have something like that, he will certainly look at it and chances are get it fixed for you. I’m not sure if I could do a picture if I can I’ll send a picture. Thanks, Ron,

Laura Tipton I had a ring with a large stone that I tan over with my car! The stone came out and the prongs were completely smashed. I took it to another jeweler that I had previously used. The quote was $900 to repair it! I luckily took it in to Lorraine’s and he did a beautiful job and charged me $95. I was thrilled with the repair and the price!

Hanz Atia I had the absolute best experience buying an engagement ring here. I felt welcomed as soon as I walked in the door, and really excited about the older rings they had to offer. I ended up finding the perfect one here— it’s a 1918 ring in perfect condition. Kevin Crane really made buying this ring an experience, he told us the history of the ring as well as the way he came to be a jeweler, and he took the time to talk to us about a modifications I wanted to make, swapping out the diamond for an emerald. He also designs jewelry and his own work is fantastic as well! He is a true artist in his work, I can’t say enough about how gorgeous this ring is and the amazing work he did on it.
