Hannah Pyun I requested that the jeweler install a Moissanite stone into a custom ring I brought in. It turns out they had to elongate the prongs a bit before putting the stone in so the process was a bit more complicated than I expected, but they did a great job. They exhibited great customer service as well. I highly recommend Swissa Jewelers.

Derick Wyatt My grandfather passed away in 2004, and I was given his ring. He purchased it soon after his return from fighting in the jungles of Burma in WWII. He wore this ring every single day of his life. I remember playing with it on his finger as a little boy. It was in great need of repair. Several of the prongs holding the stone were bent or splitting. One had broken completely off. Lizzys did an absolutely phenomenal job repairing this treasured ring. I am truly grateful for their dedication to craftsmanship and quality. It looks stunning! Their customer service is impeccable. Everyone there was extremely friendly and courteous. We came to Medina Jewelers and they melted the original ring down, and doubled the gold. Not only was the owner extremely friendly and helpful, but the goldsmith did an impeccable job. We are extremely pleased to have the sentiment of the original ring, with the benefits of what feels like a brand new ring! Great experience all around!
