She was aways responsive, provided regular updates, and offered great advice on design and the detail whilst still incorporating my initial requests and preferences. The ring was incredible and also came in under budget which was great! Could not recommend more highly.

I mentioned I had family photos scheduled the next morning (but was doubtful it would be possible to have them done by then). They absolutely saved the day and had them done within a few hours!! My rings now fit perfectly and are as sparkly as they’ve ever been. Thank you!!

She listens to what you are saying and asking for in a custom piece on top of adding her expertise to make your design to perfection. She is personable and is willing to the extra mile to help you find what you want. She does not rush you and will answer every question you have. Come in with a problem or give her an idea of what you want and she will help you brainstorm possible solutions, research it and figure it.
