Dylan & Karalyn Wedding Another wonderful experience with Hailey!! This was my second time going back to her to get my piercings done! I now have 4 piercings from her (2 sets) and I love them all!! She’s super kind and relaxing and makes the whole process super smooth. She’s always clean and takes her time to make sure things are evenly placed and done to my liking. Shes an absolute gem and I would trust her with ANY of my piercings. She also followed up on my last piercing, just to make sure it was healing and I had no issues. This was very sweet and unexpected! Great customer service! I always leave with a smile on my face:) 10/10 always!! For reference: Service is free with purchase of earrings and they have loads of sizes, metal finishes and styles to pick from. Both sets of my piercings, along with the free cleaning solution cost me between 30-40 bucks depending on the size of the earring I chose. Process is super quick and clean and I was in and out both times in under 20 minutes.

Mehek Gola I found this place while going from portland to Seattle. It is such a great place. Their collection is super unique and I walked with 5 earrings and a cocktail dress ..all of which looked brand new . The owner was very kind and has a strong passion for her job. I found funky earrings and fine dining earrings. I plan to always stop by here if I am in the area. It is also inside a mall so quite easy to convince a non thrifter to go. It doesnt musty smell or feel like your typical vintage shop. I hope this shops continues succeeding.

I have owned my ring for a little over a year, and it has held up very well. The company has periodically contacted us to remind us to bring the rings in for cleaning and inspection. DJ James Not ones to typically write reviews, but after receiving such exceptional service from Tiffany in the jewelry department, we really wanted to acknowledge her for making the extra effort to obtain the exact rose gold ring we were looking for that they dont generally carry in the store. In addition, she was able to get the in-store price for us. Tonya and Garrett were also very pleasantly helpful. Fred Meyer was our first choice when we started looking for what we wanted due to the excellent service we have received in the past. No one has ever tried to talk us into something else if they didnt carry, or could not find, exactly what we were looking for. They truly live up to their mantra, "We are here to please." Also, thanks to Tiffany for reminding us to use our rewards number.

Jasmine Henry I made an appointment at DY to buy jewelry to commemorate a big professional accomplishment. I had an amazing experience. Marco was an incredibly knowledgeable and helpful sales associate, who reached out to understand my preferences ahead of the appointment. He curated an amazing personal collection and let me try out as many options as I wanted. David Yurman is an amazing brand, but I strongly advise that individuals who are considering buying online go into the store. Its an incredible customer experience. I cant wait to go back!

Lymari Feliu Its been just over a week since i came here to get my eyebrow pierced. I admit i was nervous about getting it done at the mall but the experience was great and quick. I think my piercer was Heather (?) i dont fully remember but she was great. Talked me the through the whole process and gave me a rundown on healing. I dont typically heal well with certain metals and she didnt dismiss that like previous piercers elsewhere. She told me other jewelry options that might help and told me to come back and shed gladly switch them out but the healing has been smooth!

Tom Tran My girlfriend and I came into Kay’s hesitant and unclear of what we wanted for a promise ring. Joselyn came right up to us and helped us straight away!
