My sales associate, Will Lawrence, was absolutely exceptional—professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind. He went above and beyond to make sure every detail was explained clearly and that I found the perfect watch. The manager and the rest of the s taff were equally impressive, offering warm hospitality and expert guidance throughout the entire process. Their passion and dedication to providing world-class service truly set this boutique apart. This was by far the best luxury retail experience I have ever had, and I cannot recommend this location highly enough. I look forward to returning in the future and will gladly recommend Will Lawrence and the team to anyone considering a Rolex.

Thomas Hammond I bought a wedding set from Leah on 6/10. The ring is beautiful and my wife loves her birthday present. Leah was very helpful and knowledgeable. The price was more than fair. On 6/11 my wife and I went in to have the new ring sized. Leah was super helpful. While they were busy, I picked out a new watch for my birthday. It was a fun experience shopping at Fred Meyer Jewelers!

Melinda Schultz I just received my order from Gwen and she is great! When I met her at DragonFlight, she didnt have lotion in the scent I wanted, so she offered to make it for me and ship it. I received it quickly, the product is great, and she even included an extra soap for free (of another scent Id liked at the con)! Gwen provides wonderful customer service, and the lotion I ordered from her is very nice--moisturizing, but not greasy. Thanks, Gwen!

She is extremely knowledgeable on estate jewelry,precious metals & gemstones, and more… Tara marveled at my pieces, was genuinely surprised and more so impressed with the quality of Franks work. She looked at his webpage and just shook her head.She knows there are VERY few craftsmen around that do handmade work like Frank Malinak. I’ve had Frank design and hand-make me pieces 10+ years. Frank always delivers. Custom pieces, turn old pieces into new ones, engagement rings, repairs, etc… Frank is one of the best out there. Highly recommend.
