Chrystal Grover I am very displeased with the so called "Service" and this company in general. First off, I had a layaway for a engagement ring for my fiance. About a week later i found the SAME ring, same CUT COLOR MATERIAL COMPANY.. etc on amazon for THIRTY FIVE DOLLARS. This ring was a carbine tungsten ring. The ring in diamond creations that i had on layaway was almost FOUR HUNDRED DOLLARS. Very displeased i went in to the capital mall store. Since it was only a few days after the lay away deadline they promised a full refund with a personal call from the manager with an apology.. HA that never happened. I then went in a second time where i was profusely apologized to and was told i could pick up my refund after work the next day while the manager was in, so far TWO employees had promised me a refund and apology. I then went into the store and instead of an apology i talked to a "manager" who just bad mouthed her employees basically saying that she is sorry none of them know what they are doing and will talk to the OWNER of the store and make sure this was taken care of. Then........ THE STORE CLOSED DOWN. EVERY time i had been promised I had two or three people with me as a witness. LIKE THAT MATTERED. like it mattered you could buy the SAME ring on amazon for 35 dollars!!!!!!! Then i was called by the Tacoma store manager because that store is still in business. It wasnt his fault the "Olympia" store had messed up and would only offer "store credit" as it I wanted that, and like it mattered that i had been promised otherwise!!! So i drive all the way from Olympia and Tacoma thinking i Will make the best of the situation. HA. I told him I was very displeased and had my fiance with me to pick out something with that store credit.. Even though i was the only one in the store at the time I was told to please wait, so he could apparently help more important (Im guessing richer looking) customers. He then tryed to pressure me into doing another layaway for a piece of art i was fond with, which since he was ignoring me, i had time to look up on-line and find the EXACT SAME numbered signed, etc for about 75% less on the price. Still we forced a smile and to quickly get out said i wish to get my mother a gift, no more than the 100$ i had in the layaway, he agreed to help, i told him what i was looking for, then when asked the pricing of all the items he had shown me they were all about 100$ more and like i would EVER give them more money. He then got EXTREMELY snotty and tells me there is apparently NOTHING in the WHOLE store that is 100$ or less.... REALLY?? There sure was PLENTY at the Olympia store. Honestly this is the WORST experience i have ever had with any sort of store, layaway etc. It is no wonder the Olympia store had closed down, and i will continue to let every one know at the medical facility surgical hospital i work at and patients to NEVER go there. I wont be coming back. I would rather sell the gift card for HALF the price or just never use it before i go back and deal with the snotty Tacoma manager or anyone else i had to deal with. Worst service we have ever received by any company hands down. And people think there cell phone company is bad. I would rather pay triple the price to shop at a different jewelry store than go back here. Do your research before purchase your 400$ item is probably only 35$ on amazon as well.

Holly picked out a similar pearl to compliment the lariat box chain. I have not even worn it a full 24 hours and Im getting so many compliments, letting people know about this amazing place. Great to support local woman owned business. I love pearls and Holly/team really show that. Pearls are definitely real and luxurious. Kind and caring team, I appreciate the time they took to taklk to me in person. Amazing hospitality.

Stacy Harrell Rick is the best. Ive bought several of his original pieces and take stuff up to repair. He doesnt do watch band replacement but said if I found one, hed put in on for me. He measured and told me the size and I ordered one from Amazon. Went up and he popped it on for me. Didnt wanna charge me. I insisted he get a cup of coffee at least...on me. Great guy and old school craftsman. Thanks buddy. Mickeys happy with his new band.

Jman Absolute perfection in experience! This was the best service and experience in a retail space Ive had in recent memory! Also the wide variety of things in the store and the knowledge they have around the history of the various items they have is paramount to non! Visiting here at LEAST once a month for trinkets They have Axes, Knives, Gems, Jewelery, Clothes, books, statues, drinking horns, and basically everything you need to honor your heritage or look great at a ren faire

Elizabeth Bear Brought my mom in to Twisted & Beautiful for her birthday and we both got our first (but definitely not the last) permanent jewelry. Anne was so wonderful! Walked us through how it works and our options. She was personable and friendly! We truly enjoyed our time! But our great experience didn’t stop there… I had some issues come up with my bracelet, and I contacted Anne right away. She was prompt to get back to me and, without hesitation, made everything right. We were very pleased with our experience overall, and will definitely be back again (:

Chelsea Jordan My husband and I purchased our first wedding sets from Warrens 10 years ago. Within the last few years we were exploring an upgrade, especially approaching our 10 year anniversary. We traveled to Mexico recently and about 2 weeks before leaving we popped into Warrens to see what options they had. Lynel greeted me with a smile and said "come over and show me what youre thinking". She was genuine, kind, easy to talk to and never once made things feel uncomfortable. I also respected that she stayed within my price range. We found a new ring I fell in love with. Over the next couple of days, my husband and I went back, shopped for a beautiful diamond (an experience Ive never had) and confirmed our new purchase. My husband wanted me to have it for Mexico because we were there for Valentines Day. Lynel and her team made this dream come to fruition in a matter of days. I could not stop smiling the day I was able to wear my ring and still catch myself staring at it often; it is PERFECTION!!! The entire experience was amazing and seamless. Thank you, Warrens and especially Lynel for outstanding customer service.

River Collins I’ve wanted to get my grandpa’s watch repaired for many years now but wasn’t sure who to take it to. I went into Charlie’s about a week before Christmas. I could tell he was busy but he still took the time to talk to me about the watch and what could be done. I was told to leave the watch with him and come back in about 30 minutes. When I came back, the watch had been perfectly repaired and did all of it for no charge; as a Christmas present. I left in tears because of this truly kind and beautiful gesture. I am so appreciative of his kindness and wear my grandpa’s watch with pride daily. I highly recommend his business to everyone. Thank you again for being so generous, it is something I will never forget.
