5 /5 Jess D: Alina is a genius. She is a master of her craft, and her knowledge about the structural elements of jewelry design is incredible. She thinks about how a piece will be worn, and makes sure it will be protected (via the design) so that it will last. She creates stunning jewelry that is not only beautiful but durable too, which is important if it is something you wear everyday.
She re-designed my engagement ring, after I nearly lost one of the primary stone (the ring was originally designed by another jeweler in Bellevue.). And frankly, I love the redesign more than the original, which I didn’t think it was possible. So now, I won’t go to another jeweler for anything.
After that, I asked Alina to design a sapphire ring, and she was able to take my concept and created a gorgeous ring that I will cherish for the rest of my life.
She also has a line of gold hoops with specialty closures that can be worn with pendants or with another small gold hoop. I fell in love with the white gold and rose gold combo. I asked her to take 4 pairs (!!) of stud earrings that I rarely wear, to turn them into pendants. They are elegant and beautiful!
I’m so thankful that I’ve met Alina. People of Seattle, Bainbridge Island, and all of western Washington (and me!!) are so lucky to have access to such an amazing artist.
