1 /5 Mustafa Al-Saedi: We came in and bought an engagement band for $600, which was half off. We were told that we would get a credit card in the mail and that we needed to use the credit card to pay online. Not only did we not receive a credit card in the mail, but when we tried paying our bill we were blocked out from doing so online. When we came in to the store, we were told that we could pay there but we were not able to see our remanding balance. After 8 months of paying $100 a month, we have a balance of $500. When we got to he store to ask them about it they said they will only accept a payment, but wont give us any info about our balance. When we explained the situation to them, they treated us like we were lying and were just trying to be annoying. They didnt care at all. We are so frustrated that we want to take the rings back. After several complaints, we were finally sent a "credit card" to pay online but the card itself had no 3 digit code on the back, so we were left at another dead end. Basically, I paid $100 on the last payment but somehow our credit report shows that we still owe $500!!!!! STAY AWAY FROM FRED MEYER JEWLERS THEY ARE A SCAM! THEY HAVE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!! They suck you in to traps to make money off you. They dont care at all about ANYTHING on heir end. Your better off paying full price elsewhere for better quality of rings!
