Michelle Bush This was my first time in a pawn shop and I didn’t know what to expect. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door by a couple of friendly employees. They were helpful and answered all my questions so I able to conduct my business in a timely manner and go about my day. The store was well organized, and very clean. I definitely will go back.

First of the vibes are exquisite; some light jazz playing, well lit but not to the point I feel like Im in the operating room, the most kind staff helped direct us and find some lovely things to go home with. Will be coming back soon for more fun goodies and trinkets!

Sonny I had great anxiety bringing my daughter in to get her ears pierced, Leanne did a great job explaining the process and coordinated so both earrings would be pierced at the same time. On the actual moment of getting her ears pierced the process was quick and she made sure before actually doing the piercing that its where we wanted it to be. Upon completion my daughter cried for no more than 5 seconds and was absolutely happy. We are super pleased with the service this banter offered us and will definitely come back again

Alexandra Sempel Axels Pawn is an excellent place to buy and sell. It was my first experience selling anything to a pawn shop but trusted other reviews which said everyone here was good people who would make you feel welcome. They lived up to my expectation and then some! At this point I’ve returned several times because I feel at ease here and both Bailey and Nikki have been incredibly easy and delightful to do business with. 10/10 would recommend.

Justin Hinh When I arrived at noon on a Thursday, this modern-looking store was crowded; 11 customers were waiting on two busy employees. I had to wait 20 minutes to check out, but I was surprised by what I found: an entire wall covered with Dansco and Vintage Whitman Bookshelf albums and folders. There were over 50 vintage Whitman bookshelf albums, hundreds of Whitman folders, and a shelf full of Danscos. I even found a custom Dansco album! All the customers were older, and I got the impression that the shop acquires many full albums from older collectors selling their coins. Since not many customers come in to buy albums, the shop has accumulated a ton of albums and folders. This place is a must-stop for coin album collectors.

Alisa Brown Went in today for wedding bands for my fiance & myself & was greeted by Anne. She was phenomenal to work with. Such a kind & caring person. Really wanted to get to know us. Was very tentative to needs & patient. Loved the experience today! Thank you for making this part of the journey less stressful!

Chelsea Jordan My husband and I purchased our first wedding sets from Warrens 10 years ago. Within the last few years we were exploring an upgrade, especially approaching our 10 year anniversary. We traveled to Mexico recently and about 2 weeks before leaving we popped into Warrens to see what options they had. Lynel greeted me with a smile and said "come over and show me what youre thinking". She was genuine, kind, easy to talk to and never once made things feel uncomfortable. I also respected that she stayed within my price range. We found a new ring I fell in love with. Over the next couple of days, my husband and I went back, shopped for a beautiful diamond (an experience Ive never had) and confirmed our new purchase. My husband wanted me to have it for Mexico because we were there for Valentines Day. Lynel and her team made this dream come to fruition in a matter of days. I could not stop smiling the day I was able to wear my ring and still catch myself staring at it often; it is PERFECTION!!! The entire experience was amazing and seamless. Thank you, Warrens and especially Lynel for outstanding customer service.

Katy Garza Yoshi and Mike are amazing! Both of these gentlemen helped me with my husbands wedding band. Yoshi helped with the initial purchase and answered my many questions. When the ring didnt come in looking like it should, Mike helped make sure to send it off to get it fixed. Everyone in this store is great, and my experience with Kay is always phenomenal.
