Divya Sharma Marci Jewelry was the very first store I visited while casually browsing for engagement rings—and little did I know it would also be the last stop in my ring journey! From the moment I walked in with my friend, Jonathan made us feel completely welcome. He patiently walked us through different shapes and styles, and even showed us a few unique pieces. One particular ring completely stole my heart—but since I wasn’t the one buying, I left with just a few hopeful ideas in mind. What I didn’t know was that my friend and Jonathan teamed up with my (now) fiancé behind the scenes. Together, they coordinated the surprise of a lifetime. Thanks to Marci Jewelry, my dream ring—a stunning band with blue sapphires and a diamond pavé—was ready in my size, in time for a magical proposal I’ll never forget. We were so happy with the experience that we came back to Marci for my wedding ring. Jonathan once again went above and beyond, helping us personalize my band to match perfectly with the engagement ring. His kindness, attention to detail, and genuine care made the entire process so special. The moment where he used a sharpie pen to color the stone to show me how it would actually look had my heart. Marci Jewelry truly offers not only beautiful pieces but also exceptional service. I highly recommend them—and especially Jonathan!

Helen Warner I left a beautiful and delicate necklace with 4 chains at Runyan’s Jewelers which I somehow had managed to twist, knot and tangle all up. They were so very kind and spent multiple hours to put it right. When it was restored to its original form, I picked it up and expected a bill for the mess I had made. I wanted to use my Grandmas diamond and some sapphires from my mothers ring, I came in with some inspo pics from Pinterest and he was able to take those and put them all together with his own suggestions and tweaks into something better than I had dreamt of! He was so great to work with, the attention to detail was incredible, and the pricing was great too. I cant recommend this place enough.

They even did the rhodium plating for a ring we got somewhere else without us having to ask so the whole set looks super shiny together. Got them all done within an afternoon.
