Class of 2017 My husband and I have had a great pleasure doing business with this amazing jewelry establishment. Andross and Brooke went above and beyond to help us find a solution to our situation. We appreciate their amazing job resizing my wedding ring and ordering my husbands ring in time for our wedding. They provide top notch customer service, excellent resolution, are very friendly, kind, resourceful, welcoming, and care about your needs. I highly recommend and refer anyone looking not only for beautiful crafted jewelry, but also looking for a wonderful customer experience to stop by. The communication is excellent and its a joy getting to know this incredible couple. Were very happy to come back again in the future. 10/10 Stars!!!

Tara Huggins The yellow diamond is my engagement ring purchased from Kluh - it was an estate piece. It is exquisite. The yellow Topaz with druzy diamonds is an antique ring I’ve had for some time. Both are beloved as they were given to me by my husband. Kluh expertly repaired my antique ring. I’m grateful it’s been restored. Kluh’s team of professionals have always provided me with thoughtful, respectful service. I’ve had several pieces repaired and even redesigned by Kluh. Kluh is the only jeweler I trust.

Drew S. I actually took my fiancés engagement ring and jewelry,along with mine to Tara Nash today to get an appraisal for insurance. She is extremely knowledgeable on estate jewelry,precious metals & gemstones, and more… Tara marveled at my pieces, was genuinely surprised and more so impressed with the quality of Franks work. She looked at his webpage and just shook her head.She knows there are VERY few craftsmen around that do handmade work like Frank Malinak. I’ve had Frank design and hand-make me pieces 10+ years. Frank always delivers. Custom pieces, turn old pieces into new ones, engagement rings, repairs, etc… Frank is one of the best out there. Highly recommend.

They helped my best friend, her mom and I navigate what jewelry would be worth our money and steered us away from rings that would lose value if we were to resize them. Overall our experience was wonderful and we will definitely be coming again.

Carol Hoy We’re thrilled Betina Roza has a store in Friday Harbor now! The store is lovely! We went there recently & bought earrings & a necklace for our daughter’s birthday & Christmas . My husband bought earrings I chose for my birthday & I bought earrings & a necklace for myself:) My daughter & I started buying Betina Roza jewelry 12 years ago. We’ve both been thoroughly happy wearing each of the unique Betina Roza necklaces, earrings, & bracelets we’ve purchased over those 12 years!
