5 /5 Heather A Adams: Over the last few weeks I have been to Sanford Design about four times and have had great service each time I went. The first time I went, I had a bunch of my beloved jewelry that has been broken or in disrepair restored. It was done in just a few days and now it feels like I have a whole new treasure chest back. I went back another time to have a ring cut off that I haven’t taken off in 10 years to have it cleaned and repaired and restored. It was quick and painless. I went back another time to get my husband’s watch opened and to get the battery replaced and while it was too large to fit the tool available, I went back a final time on the morning of my wedding to buy the most beautiful Pearl earrings that absolutely completed the look for my special day. I had seen them each time I went in, and I’m so glad I followed my intuition to get them. The service is always super sweet and quick and the prices are truly affordable when you take stock of what you’re really getting.

5 /5 Justin Sims: Where to start I had a couple broken chains one super long was not a link chain and could not be repaired he was able to make it a chain and bracelet for me the chain length is perfect now other chain he was able to repair with ease but they were professional extremely friendly I received impeccable service I recommend anyone with jewelery problems to come see them price was very reasonable and lower then I expected thanks again for your outstanding work

5 /5 Don Hennick: Dan is a first rate artist, professional and fun to work with. I had my engagement ring custom made by Sanford design...she said yes. Were going back for our wedding rings. Fast forward a few years....On an alpaca farm in the middle of Wyoming stick wrestling with a border collie, my ring slipped off without a wink. After some anguish I called Dan. His move to a refurbished medical office is most appropriate, he is a Doctor of Gold.

1 /5 Stephanie Strothers: Tldr: he used gold instead of platinum to resize my ring and didnt size it correctly. Gold is cheaper than platinum and he charged me twice as much as another jeweler. I brought my engagement ring here last summer because it was too big. He was able to tell me it was not a salt and pepper diamond and actually likely an agate, which I suspected and appreciated. My ring base is platinum and he confirmed this. We sized my finger to be 5.25 and I dropped it off. When I tried it on upon pickup, it felt slightly big still, but better than before. He told me fingers fluctuate with swelling so I assumed it would feel better later. I tried wearing it for a month and it always felt big. The guy did not give me the best vibes and I didnt want to mess up the size again, so I bought the plastic thing you can put on rings that are too big and tried wearing it for a while to see how my size would fluctuate over different weather. I am getting married this summer so I finally went to a different jeweler to have them resize it to what it is with the plastic on it. When they looked at it, they told me that the previous jeweler used gold instead of platinum and they showed me on the magnifying glass. Sure enough, it had a small strip of gold. Gold is significantly cheaper than platinum. They also measured me at 5.25 and used platinum and it fits perfectly now. So not only did he not size it right, but he used a cheaper product and charged me twice as much as the second jeweler I went to. He also was not able to tell me what the smaller stones were. The other jeweler was able to tell me they were white sapphire.

5 /5 David Sharpe: Dan did a fantastic job on some repairs for us! He went above and beyond. The photo shows an example of a ring Ive had since 1985 that was in very bad shape (the shank was paper thin) & he made it like new again! I highly recommend him ~
