Tonia Jackson Kim was always a pleasure to work with. We have bought multiple rings, necklaces ect from here. Unfortunately Kim retired and the new manager is not so good. She made my husband feel like he was being profiled. acted like he shouldnt be there and was wasting her time. He took my engagement ring to get it cleaned and purchase a new band for me. Not only did he take my ring but the ring size is in their computer, when he got the new ring its was way too small and my engagement ring wasnt clean. The new manager clearly doesnt care about customer service and now that Kim is gone, so are we. We will not be returning to be treated like crap. We will stick to Tiffany and Co.....

As a first time buyer and someone brand new to collecting watches I had about a thousand questions for Kelsy and she very patiently answered every last one! Ultimately she helped me decide on the Seiko Presage Cocktail Time (First photo with the green face). She was very mindful of budget, explaining the different levels of design for each price point. michael thomas Let me just say thank you to you guys for going above and beyond for me. I had a stainless steal necklace that was given to me by a student, as I am a boxing coach this meant a lot to me. The neckless in no way expensive, however it means a lot to me . My sons dog jumped up on me and his paw grabbed the necklace and a link in the chain broke. Fred Meyer jewelers in Kennewick went above and beyond to fix the necklace and they did it for free. I feel blessed as the necklace has sentimental value and is something I will keep forever. So again a giant thank you and if anyone needs a good jewelry store with great staff this is the one to go too..
