Sydney Hunter i went in today with two of my friends and the workers were so so sweet!! showed me all their best jewelry and promoted their biggest sales!! We were in there for about 45 minutes today and the employees were so sweet piercing my friends ears and helping us find the right jewelry for ourselves!

Sutton Bradley Kim is an incredibly knowledgeable and detail-oriented gemologist who will work hard to meet every desire or your jewelry search, but more importantly he is a true friend to his customers. Kim truly cared about making my fiancés engagement ring an outstanding piece, allowing me to guide the process while injecting his expertise in a welcoming and approachable fashion. He worked very hard across many iterations to ensure the totally custom ring was everything she wanted. Prices and turnaround time were awesome. I would work with Kim 10 times out of 10 and highly encourage everyone else to.

N C I was here to buy my first bracelet couple of months ago and DAYA helped me to build it. And today came back to return some charms because the price went down. Idk about rest of the sales associates because they were like we can’t return and didn’t seem like helpful. But the sales lead DAYA was so kind to help me. Came to return 4 charms and ended up buying more than 10 charms and a jewelry box. DAYA is always helpful and knowledgeable. I am very happy with her positive attitude and customer service. Paula Owens Onix is the hidden gem in the Anderson Shopping Center. I wish Id known about them sooner! They have the most beautiful, unique jewelry in their display cases! The main reason I needed to go in was a pair of earrings that I own: I couldnt read the purity mark on them with my failing vision. I felt like I was going to be a waste of time, but the gentleman behind the counter did not make me feel that way at all. He was so kind! He read the stamp for me without hesitation. I had also brought in a ring that meant a great deal to me. The stone had come out, and I hadnt been able to wear it in years. He took my ring and fixed it in less than 5 minutes, and hardly charged me anything. I am so glad I found Onix, and I recommend them to you without any reservations! This place stands out and shines.
