Chad Kisamore I arrived just after Tim had opened. I was stunned at the wide variety of amazing items from all cultures and time periods. We began talking and I was looking for a very specific set of pens made by Parker in the 1970s. Tim went in the back and low and behold he had them. We agreed on a price and I will always drop by from now on when in town. Dont miss this gem of a store and say hello to Tim he is a genuinely great person!

Rose H The jewelry at this place was very unique and totally gorgeous. Brenda was super sweet to show us around and give us details on the products. Her customer service really went above and beyond. If you love nature style jewelry, dont pass this place up.

Although my jewelry project was a small one, I was treated as a valued costumer. Additionally, Kim Khap Gems & Jewelry went above and beyond the call and completed my project the same day! Michelle Meyers Such a lovely store! Found a beautiful necklace that I wear daily and decided to gift my grandmother the same one, but with her zodiac sign. She loves it too. I always get wonderful vibes when I walk into the store. I love their style of clothing, and their offerings are right up my alley! Very lovely staff also! Will definitely be back!

Dave Campbell It was a cold and foggy morning in Walla Walla and I was early, standing outside Falkenbergs in the grubby chill! Instead of staring at the stupid customer who arrived too early, three amiable women waved me in, and while finishing their pre-opening chores, engaged me in conversation, and soon I was working with Shira; I had a ring to be appraised for value and possible purchase and she was of inestimable help; I had to return a week later for a finalization of their purchase, and again, a clerk named Helen was most amiable and worked closely with me to assure satisfaction. I dont understand the disgruntled reviews elsewhere, and would suspect some of these folks brought their attitude with them. Thanks Falkenbergs!

William Aho I bought an awesome looking watch from Chad. Him and his salesperson were both easy to work with and not pushy. Ive had this watch for about a year and a half now and have gotten numerous compliments. I also work as a salesman and it has helped me to put out a more professional image.
