Wendi Chen I’m so pleased with the one-of-a-kind Apache Sage Picture Jasper pendant that I just bought at Jim Chow Jewelry! I had been eying this particular piece for a while, as the unique landscape pattern of the stone really stood out to me. As a visual artist, I can’t help but marvel at the colors and composition of this pendant! Rachel was lovely to talk to and she delightedly explained all the different types of stones in the various pieces. All in all a great experience; I will definitely be back!

Angie Elam Katie is simply the best! I went to a party and got a bracelet and because I liked her so much I hosted a party! She sets everything up and displays everything so professionally! She is so sweet and kind! I have 2 bracelets from her and my 2 little girls each have one too. I have had other permanent jewlery that didnt hold up so well and the jewelry I have from Katie has held up well! I highly recommend her for your party, youll love her!

I look forward to the day I can come here and design jewelry for myself :) My sister and I came in with a clear vision for what we wanted as a gift for our mom, Claire was very informative and thorough, helping us decide what gemstones/cuts/chains anchored?/and chain style. The price quoted was accurate, and the cost breakdown was laid out for us at the beginning. We put down a $250 deposit June 21, 4 days later we got the CAD rendering, approved the first iteration, paid 50% of the remaining balance cost, and August 22 we picked it up and paid the final 50%. $1250 in total for a silver bar necklace with synthetic emerald/peridot/sapphire, my sister and I are very happy with how our vision was executed and cant wait to share this with our mom

John DeKoekkoek The owner (who is a great guy) has a very good and selective eye. He carries only quality, stellar items. Everything is of good value and needless to say, beautiful. Not your run of the mill commercial jewelry store. Many "one of a kind" and even fabulous finds. Movie stars shop here. Many, many items, that are the "real deal" and open ones eyes. Supports local artists whos work is absolutely original and of first quality. You dont want to miss trumpeter gallery.

Jill OBrien-Dawson The love of my life bought me a beautiful ring for Valentines Day. I loved everything about it. Thankfully he also bought the warranty that is offered. Eight months later one of the smaller diamonds fell out. No problem - it happens. Because we live in Bellevue we took it to that store for repair. The lady behind the counter refused to repair it as we did not bring it in for the six month adjustment. We did not do this because we were not given that piece of the warranty paperwork that stated we should bring it in. Its a separate document. She suggested that we take it to the Redmond store to see if that manager would be willing to help us. One look at the warranty paperwork we did have, he immediately said yes. He was kind, courteous and professional. Thank you Erik! You are a great manager for Fred Meyer.

Slick McFavorite after an exhaustive search and calling or bringing my Ronson windlite into various places for repair I finally was able to find a place it could repair it. I inherited this lighter already broken and couldnt be happier with the price friendliness and attention to detail that was put into repairing it. I would 100% recommend any repair or custom work to be done by These Fine people. I spent 10 minutes just looking in the window of the repair shop and looking at all of the awesome equipment that they have.

Rob Swanson Mike and John are amazing! My wife wanted two custom bands made to frame her engagement ring, we brought the gold and diamonds from my deceased mother in laws wedding ring to make this a special piece. They worked with us throughout the process, communicated clearly, were super friendly and their craftsmanship is second to none. I wouldn’t trust any other jeweler to do this project and I’m so glad we used Jewel Crafters.
