Matthew Davidson Much better than the Battleground Fred Meyer location, and a bigger selection than the hazel dell location. Worked with Jessica and she was amazing! She is super knowledgeable, opened a ton of cases for us, found things she thought we would like, and we legitimately spend several hours there and it felt like maybe 20min. Would come back here again!

Kaylee Ray Kasondra is the best! She is so talented when it comes to designing, she designed 2 GORGEOUS wedding bands to complete my engagement ring. I was very pleased with the outcome. My husband is also extremely happy with his wedding band. We absolutely loved our experience working with Kassondra and her team!

Rebecca Lai I got two lobes and an eyebrow piercing! Oh my god, it was such an easy-going, fun, and such a wonderful experience! Abra was sooo nice and Lucas, who helped us up front, was so knowledgeable and friendly. As someone whose only piercing experience was the classic Claires nail guns at the age of 14, I cannot gush enough how much I loved getting my first piercings here. Definitely gonna be visiting over and over again. :)

River Collins I’ve wanted to get my grandpa’s watch repaired for many years now but wasn’t sure who to take it to. I went into Charlie’s about a week before Christmas. I could tell he was busy but he still took the time to talk to me about the watch and what could be done. I was told to leave the watch with him and come back in about 30 minutes. When I came back, the watch had been perfectly repaired and did all of it for no charge; as a Christmas present. I left in tears because of this truly kind and beautiful gesture. I am so appreciative of his kindness and wear my grandpa’s watch with pride daily. I highly recommend his business to everyone.
