Helen Warner I left a beautiful and delicate necklace with 4 chains at Runyan’s Jewelers which I somehow had managed to twist, knot and tangle all up. They were so very kind and spent multiple hours to put it right. When it was restored to its original form, I picked it up and expected a bill for the mess I had made. To my surprise there was no charge for all of their work. I am so very grateful to Runyan’s Jewelers for being so wonderful!Thank you again for all of your generous help!

My husband spent 2 hours trying to decide on the perfect wedding ring upgrade. With Mercedes help he surprised me with the PERFECT ring!! We’ve come back to see Mercedes because I wanted some changes done to my first wedding ring and guess what? Without hesitation, Mercedes stepped in and came to the rescue! AJ 10 stars if I could!!! Fantastic experience with Laura from start to finish. She was professional and very knowledgeable about watches. She even noticed my Grand Seiko when I first met her, she knew my exact watch and about its movement so great to work with a fellow watch nerd. At first I was reluctant to put my name on the list as I had prior bad experience with other Rolex ADs but she convinced me to put my name down. I’m super happy I did because she was an awesome person to work with and a true representative of Ben Bridge and the Rolex brand. Shout out to Conor as well for helping me pick up the watch as I had to get it last second. All in all I highly recommend them!

Matthew Carpenter I had an amazing experience at STUDS! Prior to getting my lobes pierced at STUDS I had never had a piercing before. And let me tell you, I am so so happy with my choice of choosing STUDS. 10/10 experience. Everyone in the store was welcoming and extremely professional.
