Smough I had a gold chain that had broken near the clasp and needed desperate fixing. Luckily I found this gem of a store. To start, the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. They greeted me at the counter as if Id been there a hundred times before. When I presented them with my problem, they were more than happy to help. They took my gold chain and quoted me a very reasonable price. They got to work immediately and within the next 20 minutes, my chain was back together and looked good as new. Ive never seen a jewelry store do same day repairs like that and usually it takes over a week to get your stuff back. This was a treat and im happy I found this place. Telling all my friends that this is the place for any jewelery repairs from now on.

From the moment I walked into Pawn Express, I was greeted with a friendly smile and truly helpful service that’s hard to find at big stores. The owner keeps it real and straightforward, which I appreciate. Whether youre shopping, selling, or just looking around, they make you feel like a valued customer. When I went in to sell some items, they offered a fair price, no lowballing or pressuring me into a quick sale. It’s clear they care about creating long-term relationships, not just making a quick profit like many others. Their selection is great too! There’s everything from tools and electronics to collectible items and nice jewelry, all at reasonable prices. Places like this are so important to the local community, and Pawn Express is a perfect example of how a small business should be run. If you’re nearby, I highly recommend stopping in. Not only did I find an amazing deal on a P365, but I also had one of the best experiences I’ve ever had in a store. The staff went above and beyond they didn’t just treat me like a customer, they made me feel like family. Evan Jones I had the greatest experience having a custom engagement & wedding band made at Panowicz Jewelers in Olympia! My review here is a bit delayed. As my experience started back in February of 2024. And my vision came to an astounding reality, when I picked up the rings later that year in August. I was in no hurry, and let me tell you, having patience and time will help you achieve the perfect desired results! I worked with Laurie specifically. She was amazing! Her eagerness to fully immerse herself into my ideas and this project in order to achieve the best outcome was pleasantly unexpected. Her process was very detailed and she made sure to allow me the space to go back and forth with each others ideas. The tools she uses toward the end of the design phase blew my mind! They really give you confidence in what you are paying for! I highly recommend Panowicz Jewelers to anyone! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts, Laurie! She absolutely is in LOVE with the ring! Can you tell she loves dogs? Lol! Oh yeah, and she said "YES"!

Samantha Blackmon The staff at Johnson’s was wonderful from start to finish. I came in with a class ring from my mother in law that we wanted to customize for our daughter (emerald is her birthstone). The original ring had the emerald and we added a baguette diamond. It is striking and one of a kind.

Rhonda Dowdell The energy that exists here is palpable in a very soothing way! From the moment I stepped inside I felt a calmness come over me. I could have just sat quiet in this space for hours! Shawna’s presence was calming, open, and inviting. I thoroughly enjoyed the time I spent with her and our conversation. I love all of the crystals she has available in their raw form! I highly recommend a visit!

Jasmine Henry I made an appointment at DY to buy jewelry to commemorate a big professional accomplishment. I had an amazing experience. Marco was an incredibly knowledgeable and helpful sales associate, who reached out to understand my preferences ahead of the appointment. He curated an amazing personal collection and let me try out as many options as I wanted. David Yurman is an amazing brand, but I strongly advise that individuals who are considering buying online go into the store. Its an incredible customer experience. I cant wait to go back!
