I initially bought a ring that my wife didn’t really like, but when I came back, they exchanged it for a gold chain she loved—with no hassle. Teresa Suprak Excellent customer service at this location!! Cindy the manager, does a great job of hiring very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I needed a watch for my sick husband and Nina did a nice job of showing me the watches. Cindy made sure the watch had the correct time and date, making it much easier for me! Everyone there had a welcoming smile and told me Thanks for coming in! A rarity these days. I would highly recommend them for your jewelry needs and excellent customer service!

Justin Butler Dont be dissuaded by the brand name, Fred Meyer Jewelers is just as valid a jeweler as any other store. Prices are similar and quality too! But thats not why I gave it 5 stars. The salespeople in any jewelry store can make or break the business. And in this case the staff member that I worked with, Dawna, was absolutely incredible. She worked with me on pricing and looked through several different design and ring makers until I found the perfect engagement ring. She was always conscious of my pricing and never strayed above it (with tax it went over my budget by, like, 12 dollars but thats totally reasonable). A wonderful experience and a wonderful ring.

They have literally worked miracles for your girl (me & my family) customer Service outstanding time frame on Getting your things back on service repairs, awesome and amazing on custom pieces, out of this world 1 on 1 services, even 2 on 2 services & on & I could go on forever... what more could anyone do? all I know could is I have never had service like this anywhere else because they are the absolute best in the Pacific Northwest and anywhere else in the world. Christine Hayes I wanted to share my incredibly positive experience at Neeter House of Luxury. After a disappointing experience with another local jeweler, I was hesitant to visit, especially since I assumed "luxury" meant it would be out of my budget. However, I was delighted to find that they truly cater to all budgets. From the moment I walked in, they listened attentively to my ideas and addressed my past concerns. Within minutes, I was working with a designer to create the ring I had always dreamed of. Stevies initial drawings brought my vision to life, and she worked diligently to source the specific stones I wanted. From a 3D model, Nikki created a beautiful ring and it was almost perfect. As there were still a few elements missing, they added another designer, Adrienne, to the team, and all three ladies worked tirelessly until the ring was exactly what I had envisioned. I cannot recommend Neeter House of Luxury highly enough.

Taylor S I absolutely love this store. I was visiting Seattle and made sure to swing by. Thanks to traffic I made it to the shop with 5 min to spare before closing. Miranda stayed open for me. Let me take my time shopping and recommended a lot of pieces and just made my visit so amazing. I have been buying from And Arlen online for 4 years now. Almost all of my jewelry is from this shop (my absolute favorite being the fidget rings and ear cuffs!!!). If you’re looking for a wonderful place to get beautiful handmade jewelry I cannot recommend this shop enough. They also do custom pieces. Tonia Jackson Kim was always a pleasure to work with. We have bought multiple rings, necklaces ect from here. Unfortunately Kim retired and the new manager is not so good. She made my husband feel like he was being profiled. acted like he shouldnt be there and was wasting her time. He took my engagement ring to get it cleaned and purchase a new band for me. Not only did he take my ring but the ring size is in their computer, when he got the new ring its was way too small and my engagement ring wasnt clean. The new manager clearly doesnt care about customer service and now that Kim is gone, so are we. We will not be returning to be treated like crap. We will stick to Tiffany and Co.....
