I have owned my ring for a little over a year, and it has held up very well. The company has periodically contacted us to remind us to bring the rings in for cleaning and inspection. My spouse and I could not be happier with the customer service and quality we received. I would absolutely recommend them to family and friends.

1 /5 Steve Scott: A Cautionary Tale for Future Customers I brought a pair of earrings to Bryan & Son to have the posts replaced. The owner quoted me $75 for the job, which I reasonably assumed covered both earrings. When I returned to pick them up, I was stunned to learn the price had doubled—$150 total, apparently $75 per earring. While I acknowledge I should have requested a written estimate, the lack of transparency and sudden price hike felt misleading and unprofessional. This experience left me questioning the integrity of the business. I won’t be returning—and if you choose to shop here, I strongly recommend getting everything in writing. 1 /5 Jillian Barlow: This place will not even give you the gold wieght value on what you bring in they offered 30 dollars cash for a 14k yellow gold necklace that weighs 1.8502 grams the current gold weight value is 60 dollars per gram for 14k gold and there necklace was new not even broken still had the tags on it and thats what they wanted to give me and than turn around and sell the necklace and gold pendant with it that weighs another .567 grams on top of the 1.8502 grams of 14 k gold necklace so they rip off people every day just like that. Not even giving you the gold wieght for the type of kart value and the man was very rude to me about it as well the worker was nice and told me not to take the offer cause of it being a new necklace with tags still on it and what it really weighs with the pendent as well with it.

The quality of the work was outstanding — the fit is perfect, and the ring looks just as stunning as before. You can tell they take real pride in their craftsmanship. The staff was also professional, courteous, and kept me informed throughout the process. I highly recommend Bryan and Sons for your jewelry resizing and purchases.
