N C I was here to buy my first bracelet couple of months ago and DAYA helped me to build it. And today came back to return some charms because the price went down. Idk about rest of the sales associates because they were like we can’t return and didn’t seem like helpful. But the sales lead DAYA was so kind to help me. Mike Money Fred fixed my wifes wedding ring! I took in the ring to get it evaluated for estimate. Freds pricing was very reasonable! He is very knowledgeable and explained exactly how to fix the ring. Luckily for my wife and I we didnt lose the diamond that was hanging by a thread! Fred took the ring that day and had it sparkling new just a few days later. Him and his wife Daina are the nicest most loveliest couple! It was such a pleasure to meet and have the work I needed done with Fred Bennett Creations. Ill be sure to visit them again in the future.
