1 /5 Vidushi Dikshit: This was my first purchase at Mejuri, and unfortunately, it turned into a really disappointing experience. I visited the Bellevue Square store to buy the Lab-Grown Sapphire Cluster Necklace, which wasn’t available in-store. An employee (whose name I didn’t get) helped place an online order for me, but the wrong necklace was ordered. I had purchased two — one for myself and one as a birthday gift for my sister.
When I called the store the next day to correct the mistake, the store manager was shockingly rude, started yelling at me, and refused to accept any responsibility. Instead of trying to help or offer a simple apology or solution, she made it clear they wouldn’t do anything — not even a small courtesy like a discount for the inconvenience.
Now my sister has to drive over 50 miles just to exchange the necklace. This was supposed to be a thoughtful gift, and it turned into a frustrating mess.
Will I ever purchase from this store again? Absolutely not.
Because of people like this, brands lose their customer obsession and loyal customers before they’ve even had a chance to build that trust.
I honestly don’t even want to give one star, but unfortunately there’s nothing lower than that
