Dodo_doggy So last year I brought this cool dragon ring I had gotten online and needed it resized because I accidentally ordered the wrong size from that website. So I came here and asked them to resize it without realizing how much of a problem it might be. It turns out that I essentially gave a blacksmiths job to these jewelers, as the ring was apparently part steel instead of a light, pliable material. I was ready to take it back and get it resized elsewhere, but they insisted on finishing the job, so I let them and they actually completed it! I have the ring now, it fits my finger perfectly and I now have a deep respect for these jewelers. Thank you for resizing my ring despite the difficulties!

Staff was patient and thoughtful in helping me look for something. Dani specifically helped me find the one. Sarah Knutson I got a permanent jewelry bracelet done by an independent artist and it stretched out a bit. I couldn’t connect with them to get it fixed so looked for a place I could walk in. This spot is perfect! I was able to swing by when worked for me and Brenden (hope I spelled that right) was excellent. He made sure I was measured to my preference and was very precise in the weld. I’m thrilled how snug my bracelet is now and really appreciate the work. Definitely recommend TCJ!
