Kathleen N Very happy with the service from Chris - the manager who helped pick out our purchases, Jennifer, as well as Tony who did a fantastic job resizing. They even did the rhodium plating for a ring we got somewhere else without us having to ask so the whole set looks super shiny together. Got them all done within an afternoon. Love the selections they have, more unique and creative than other places I have looked at. Highly recommend!

I was guided through the whole process well, continuously being offered great ideas as we matured the ring. Multiple wax models to ensure everything was exactly as I wanted in real life and even tweaked the finish once I saw the final ring. Cannot recommend enough.

Jade Marie Scam artist! Wish we would have read the comments before making a purchase. My spouse bought me two rings for Christmas. The first one was white gold with an amethyst. Not even a week later the stone fell out. I don’t have a job that’s rough and take my rings off to do dishes etc. so the fact that it fell out within a week is ridiculous. Then when we read the comments this happened to someone else as well. They wouldnt do anything to help or replace the stone. The second ring is white gold, diamonds, and tanzanite. Well we were lead to believe it was a tanzanite but not even a month later and the stone is becoming clear/see through and most definitely not real. I’m not going to stand by though and do nothing. I’ve contacted the BBB, Westfield Mall (we’re they are located), and will go to the news if I have too. The fact that they are getting away with ripping people off infuriates me. We work hard for the things we purchase and want these things to be nice. At the very least last longer than a week!! I would recommend never stepping a foot in this jewelry store if you value your money.

Sara Cook Jennifer S and Jennifer T have been absolutely helpful in helping me make the ring of my dreams! I showed Jennifer S my dream ring inspired by a movie and she jumped on helping find the yellow diamond to ship into the store and view. Jennifer T called me a few days later to bring me into the diamond room to see the diamond. She answered so many questions, listened rocky design wishes and took many notes. Great experience! I later met with Jennifer S to finalize the design, purchase and get this made. Buying my ring from the Helzberg Diamond store in Tacoma has been a great experience. Looking forward to a continued relationship while getting my ring cleaned and serviced. Would highly recommend meeting with these fine ladies for custom designs of any other jewelry purchases. 10/10 experience!
