It was my first experience selling anything to a pawn shop but trusted other reviews which said everyone here was good people who would make you feel welcome. They lived up to my expectation and then some! Chris Saunders Stopped in here while on a weekend getaway doing a pawn shop tour of the area. This was the 2nd stop of the weekend and was met with a great selection of jewelry and they had the chain I was looking for. Decided to come back at the end of the day and make an offer. With respectful negotiations I made the purchase and decided to make an offer on another necklace. Fair negotiation again! Would highly recommend you stop in and take a look around! I will stop by again when driving through the area!

born inbham Yeah wow!! Rude AVOID these people off putting dismissing employees that could careless if they get your business.. Shop local! Wanted us to just drop off grandmas ring with them without giving us a clue what it would cost to fix and no offer of stone options.. No thank you we will go to the jewelry store down by the water and Antonys Hearthfire. Unbelievably rude she just wanted her ring fixed and was ready to buy a diamond and you missed it!!!

Cecelia Linsley Almost two years after the center stone in my engagement ring became disengaged from the rest of the ring, I took it on Monday to Grahams Jewelers to have it repaired with a new stone. Mr. Nguyen found a perfect replacement stone in his supply and, when I asked if he could also resize the ring and my wedding ring, he assured me he could do anything. Two days later, I picked both rings up and theyre beautiful! I could tell that Mr. Nguyen could see how happy I was and that he was proud of his work. We found the price for the work and the stone to be very reasonable. I will definitely take any future jewelry repairs here!

Matthew Davidson Much better than the Battleground Fred Meyer location, and a bigger selection than the hazel dell location. Worked with Jessica and she was amazing! She is super knowledgeable, opened a ton of cases for us, found things she thought we would like, and we legitimately spend several hours there and it felt like maybe 20min. Would come back here again!

Nicole Kalista Falon was amazing. I had been searching for a wedding bad with no luck. I had a design in mind but couldn’t find anyone that made anything close. I reached out to Falon with a design request and she was excited to work on something new. She explained the process in detail. She made sure to understand what I wanted and brought up different ring options and asked questions I hadn’t even thought about. She was also able to get them done in time for our ceremony, as we were cutting it close. My husband and I are in love with our wedding bands and I would absolutely work with her again.
