Our salesperson, Vee, was very knowledgeable, and she helped us design a custom diamond ring that turned out perfectly. Chelsea Borror Bobbi was amazing! I have had my ring for 3 years (my engagement ring) and the largest diamond fell out. I had some repair work done and the stone replaced but it left the ring looking melted and sloppy. I had it sent back to fix that with no improvement other than the shape. Me and my husband came in today to have our yearly inspection done for our insurance to stay valid and I once again stated I was unhappy with the way it looked and I almost never wore it anymore. The original lady helping was looking at it for a very long time and said she was going to do the bare minium again to fix it. Eventually she called Bobbi over to save the day! She took one look at my ring and said they would happily honor the insurance and "buy out" and replace my ring for only the cost of a new warranty! I walked out today with a beautiful new ring for a small fee and so incredibly happy! She was so so helpful and kind and made a once bad experience into a wonderful one and I cannot thank her enough! If you go to this location make sure she is the one to help you!

DJ James Not ones to typically write reviews, but after receiving such exceptional service from Tiffany in the jewelry department, we really wanted to acknowledge her for making the extra effort to obtain the exact rose gold ring we were looking for that they dont generally carry in the store. In addition, she was able to get the in-store price for us. Tonya and Garrett were also very pleasantly helpful. Fred Meyer was our first choice when we started looking for what we wanted due to the excellent service we have received in the past. No one has ever tried to talk us into something else if they didnt carry, or could not find, exactly what we were looking for. They truly live up to their mantra, "We are here to please." Also, thanks to Tiffany for reminding us to use our rewards number.

Onix Jewelry Shop - Everett
Paula Owens Onix is the hidden gem in the Anderson Shopping Center. I wish Id known about them sooner! They have the most beautiful, unique jewelry in their display cases! The main reason I needed to go in was a pair of earrings that I own: I couldnt read the purity mark on them with my failing vision. I felt like I was going to be a waste of time, but the gentleman behind the counter did not make me feel that way at all. He was so kind! He read the stamp for me without hesitation. I had also brought in a ring that meant a great deal to me. The stone had come out, and I hadnt been able to wear it in years. He took my ring and fixed it in less than 5 minutes, and hardly charged me anything. I am so glad I found Onix, and I recommend them to you without any reservations! This place stands out and shines.

Elizabeth Liu This place is so professional but welcoming! I got my back dermals done 2 ish months ago and they have healed so so well! My piercer was Jessica! absolutely amazing work and so well at taking your mind off everything going on. Undoubtedly painful but I was very at ease, we took so much time figuring out placement with no rush. Healing has been outstanding I have forgotten about them, they were done well, importantly deep enough making it flesh to the skin hopefully increasing the longevity. I definitely recommend, Ive been a sterile technician and each room has its own Statim sterilizer which I was so impressed by. They use it when you pick out your jewelry and before your piercing so it’s always sterile. Jewelry is great quality and front desk was helpful and accommodating, the price is definitely justified (statims are $$$)

Melinda Schultz I just received my order from Gwen and she is great! When I met her at DragonFlight, she didnt have lotion in the scent I wanted, so she offered to make it for me and ship it. I received it quickly, the product is great, and she even included an extra soap for free (of another scent Id liked at the con)! Gwen provides wonderful customer service, and the lotion I ordered from her is very nice--moisturizing, but not greasy. Thanks, Gwen!

Bellevue Rare Coins - Tacoma - Tacoma
Lyle Harry I,ve made several appointments to sell some coins over the last few weeks and have only god things to say about the staff at the Tacoma location. They are punctual and greet and treat me with respect. They are very courteous and take the time to explain each transaction. I have enjoyed dealing with them and I know I am receiving a fair price for my coins.
