Gilbert McKown First off, Kevin is the best! I come in wanting to buy some gold and silver as an investment for the future. I wasnt sure what I really wanted, but Kevin knew exactly what questions to ask me. He was totally transparent about what he would buy as good deals and pointed out the things that werent good deals, and some fun items to have as a collectable. Super informative and humble enough to admit when he didnt have all the information. After buying my coins and making it home, some of the numbers didnt add up on my receipt. I gave them a call and everything got sorted out instantly. Kevin was so nice with a "Merry Christmas" to end the call. This was an incredibly pleasant interaction and so much better than any experience I had with other main brand coin shops. I 100% recommend shopping here for anyone wanting to buy gold or silver. Asma Yousafi I had an extremely pleasant experience shopping at Taj Gold and Diamond Jewelers! The sales attendant was very personable and able to make the buying process fun. Not only was he attentive to our needs, but also patient and made sure we were happy with the piece we were leaving the store with. The buying process did not feel rushed and we were very satisfied with what we got! My family and I initially came into the store for one item but ended up leaving with five! The store has a broad range of styles from traditional to modern designs to cater to all ages. It was reassuring to hear the extensive background they share in the jewelry business and also gave me piece of mind as the customer that I am receiving good quality jewelry. I got two bracelets, my boyfriend got a ring. All of it was very nice:) very good experience here. I read some previous reviews and I would point out this owner is elderly and seems to have very traditional values maybe that explains his “rudeness” as mentioned in the other reviews. We both had an amazing time. Like amaaaazinggggg. They were very good.
