Yeet Mgyeet Went here for the first time to buy a laptop and the customer service was great. Rodney was able to help us navigate which one would be the best fit for us and also helped with updating it as well. They also had a nice selection of jewelry and electronics. Great prices, great deals, and even better customer service! We will be back again!

Austin Holzer I delt with Levi who is usually at a different location but I was fortunate enough to work with him at the Francis location. He was knowledgeable, friendly and willing to go the extra distance. He not only made us feel welcomed but didnt rush us or use any kind of sales tactics so we knew we wanted to work with him again when we returned to pull the trigger on the most amazing ring weve seen at the 5+ stores we visited today! Im a heavy question customer and Levi answered all of them with a smile and would even have his manager assure us on the more advanced questions. The manager was really friendly and easy to work with as well and even polished/buffed the ring again before we took it just to make my girl happy which was a nice little cherry on top. Overall a 10/10 that I would do again! Thanks again guys!

Good chime I absolutely love this jewelry stand! The pieces are so beautiful and unique, I actually bought a ring here before and completely fell in love with it. Recently, I came back and had the best experience with Alyssa. She went above and beyond to help me, making me feel so confident and excited about my purchase. Her kindness, patience, and genuine care made the whole experience unforgettable. It’s rare to find someone who makes you feel that special while shopping, but Alyssa truly did. Gracie Huberty A Finer Moment made it a great experience for me and my boyfriend to choose a homecoming dress for me. I had travelled to Spokane and booked an appointment online before knowing the dress shop was actually closed that day. But, after she found out the distance I had traveled, the owner Lisa was kind enough to show up with Janelle and help me choose a homecoming dress on late notice. Janelle was very kind and thoughtful and made me feel very welcome. Janelle also made me feel gorgeous in every dress I tried. 10/10 experience, would recommend to any girl looking for a formal dress.

Matthew Davidson Came here with my girlfriend to browse their ring selection. Worked with Jamal, he is super knowledgeable and seems to enjoy working here. He opened a ton of cases for us, reccommended things he thought we would like, and offered to clean my girlfriends earrings for free when I mentioned they were dirty while she was trying on some peridot earrings. I have bought earrings and chains here in the past and there is always super knowledgeable and helpful staff.

Daniel Ewing Excellent experience. I wanted a specific stone shape and had an idea of the ring. I was guided through the whole process well, continuously being offered great ideas as we matured the ring. Multiple wax models to ensure everything was exactly as I wanted in real life and even tweaked the finish once I saw the final ring. Cannot recommend enough.
