They even did the rhodium plating for a ring we got somewhere else without us having to ask so the whole set looks super shiny together. Got them all done within an afternoon. Vestudy Q Mr Paul Cresse is one of the most honorable people I have ever had the privilege of knowing AND he and his wife make some of the PNWs absolute finest handcrafted jewelry straight on his bench! This is a dying art as most bench jewelers were put out of business with mass production of cheap overseas hi production jewelry. I have had the privilege of watching Paul the Master Jewelry artisan in action personally from carving wax molds with eXacting precision to how he treats People with Great respect. His wife whom is from Korea is a TOP in class trained Master Designer and creator of Fine Jewelry. This is a best in class shop IMO. Being a jeweler in the area for 40+ years Paul has had to deal with armed robbers ( caught and put away ) so there is NO reason to question his use of Dogs in shop as a necessity of preventing such occurrences. Smough I had a gold chain that had broken near the clasp and needed desperate fixing. Luckily I found this gem of a store. To start, the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. They greeted me at the counter as if Id been there a hundred times before. When I presented them with my problem, they were more than happy to help. They took my gold chain and quoted me a very reasonable price. They got to work immediately and within the next 20 minutes, my chain was back together and looked good as new. Ive never seen a jewelry store do same day repairs like that and usually it takes over a week to get your stuff back. This was a treat and im happy I found this place. Telling all my friends that this is the place for any jewelery repairs from now on.
