Chelsea Jordan My husband and I purchased our first wedding sets from Warrens 10 years ago. Within the last few years we were exploring an upgrade, especially approaching our 10 year anniversary. We traveled to Mexico recently and about 2 weeks before leaving we popped into Warrens to see what options they had. Lynel greeted me with a smile and said "come over and show me what youre thinking". She was genuine, kind, easy to talk to and never once made things feel uncomfortable. I also respected that she stayed within my price range. We found a new ring I fell in love with. Over the next couple of days, my husband and I went back, shopped for a beautiful diamond (an experience Ive never had) and confirmed our new purchase. My husband wanted me to have it for Mexico because we were there for Valentines Day. Lynel and her team made this dream come to fruition in a matter of days. I could not stop smiling the day I was able to wear my ring and still catch myself staring at it often; it is PERFECTION!!! The entire experience was amazing and seamless. Barbara G I always have a great time here. Today, Sasha helped me pick out charms and was so helpful with ideas! I love my charm bracelets and I style my bracelets to look a certain way and needed a couple of safety chains. Sasha was very helpful in getting my bracelets and charms back on, which cam be a chore. My husband periodically gets charms for me and he has had great experiences here, too. A lot of times, I order charms online, but coming to this store is so much better! Keep up the great work!!
