However, with the customized and personal shopping experience that I have received by Diana the Jeweler made my purchase even more delightful. I got baptized and was looking for a cross to symbolize my faith, she worked with me in personalizing and finding exactly what I wanted. Diana offers unique Jewelry in diverse price ranges, accommodating individual client expectations and exceeding them. Looking forward to more customized shopping experiences. 20/10 recommend.

Dylan & Karalyn Wedding Another wonderful experience with Hailey!! This was my second time going back to her to get my piercings done! I now have 4 piercings from her (2 sets) and I love them all!! She’s super kind and relaxing and makes the whole process super smooth. She’s always clean and takes her time to make sure things are evenly placed and done to my liking. Shes an absolute gem and I would trust her with ANY of my piercings. She also followed up on my last piercing, just to make sure it was healing and I had no issues. This was very sweet and unexpected! Great customer service! I always leave with a smile on my face:) 10/10 always!! For reference: Service is free with purchase of earrings and they have loads of sizes, metal finishes and styles to pick from. Both sets of my piercings, along with the free cleaning solution cost me between 30-40 bucks depending on the size of the earring I chose. Process is super quick and clean and I was in and out both times in under 20 minutes.

They have terrific prices and wonderful selection and can repair specialty pieces and also custom design pieces for you as well as repurpose pieces and they can also help you add to a curated collection.

Vestudy Q Mr Paul Cresse is one of the most honorable people I have ever had the privilege of knowing AND he and his wife make some of the PNWs absolute finest handcrafted jewelry straight on his bench! This is a dying art as most bench jewelers were put out of business with mass production of cheap overseas hi production jewelry. I have had the privilege of watching Paul the Master Jewelry artisan in action personally from carving wax molds with eXacting precision to how he treats People with Great respect. His wife whom is from Korea is a TOP in class trained Master Designer and creator of Fine Jewelry. This is a best in class shop IMO. Being a jeweler in the area for 40+ years Paul has had to deal with armed robbers ( caught and put away ) so there is NO reason to question his use of Dogs in shop as a necessity of preventing such occurrences. If you are considering Underhill Jewelers LOOK NO MORE! You are at the steps of Greatness when dealing with them Both Professionally and Personally you simply CANNOT go wrong here, congrats! Nora Khalil I was at the Valley Mall and I stopped in the new Pandora Jewelry Store. The associate was so sweet and friendly. I asked her if she could clean my Pandora charms on my bracelet. My sister passed away recently and most of the charms were hers and the others she gave to me as a gift. They are sentimental to me. A memory of my sister. The associate was happy to clean them for me. I looked around. And she showed me some charms. She helped me take some pics of ones I was interested in. I didn’t buy anything that day, but I got excellent customer service and I highly recommend them. I wish I got her name.
