5 /5 Sara Cook: Jennifer S and Jennifer T have been absolutely helpful in helping me make the ring of my dreams! I showed Jennifer S my dream ring inspired by a movie and she jumped on helping find the yellow diamond to ship into the store and view. Jennifer T called me a few days later to bring me into the diamond room to see the diamond. She answered so many questions, listened rocky design wishes and took many notes. Great experience! I later met with Jennifer S to finalize the design, purchase and get this made. Buying my ring from the Helzberg Diamond store in Tacoma has been a great experience. Looking forward to a continued relationship while getting my ring cleaned and serviced. Would highly recommend meeting with these fine ladies for custom designs of any other jewelry purchases. 10/10 experience!

1 /5 Daniel Spencer: Absolutely a horrible experience. I bought a lab grown diamond necklace and was told I can always trade up. But because the lab grown diamond necklace wasn’t $800. It doesn’t qualify for trade up even though I was specially told that it would. I only found out 4 months later to come fix the chain since it got tangled up. Then I said I’ll just look at trading up. She said no it doesn’t qualify to trade up. The necklace is basically worthless because everywhere else is not taking. I am not happy and will never be recommending this place or shopping here again. I bought my wife’s $8,000 ring somewhere else recently because of this.

They have the best jewelry and sales associates. 10/10 thank you!!

5 /5 Louis Diamond: BrittanyAnn was such a big help... Not just trying to make a sale but helping me order exactly what I was looking for. Also she is exceptionally knowledgeable about Diamonds. Went over her 4Cs very carefully and showed me the diamonds under a microscope and was very HONEST about the stones and what I was getting into. Wasnt trying to sell me on something I didnt want. She was very helpful all around. Thank you
