Dior Phillips Called 30 minutes after they opened to schedule a piercing and I came in an hour later and within 20 minutes I was walking out extremely satisfied and happy with my experience. I had Ember as my piercer and they did an amazing job on my vertical labret. The entire piercing time was super quick and very professional. The placements they did were perfect and I felt very comfortable for my first time there. Adding on, I even felt very accommodated for, cared for, and respected with my decisions for my piercings by actually just everyone there. It was all in all a very amazing experience, and I definitely will be coming back in the future!

Sarvinoz Sharabidinova I recently had an amazing experience at a jewelry store in Washington, where they designed the perfect engagement ring for me. I couldn’t believe the price—they offered the best deal around! The customer service really stood out. After I bought the ring, they offered to clean it for free, which was such a nice touch. Plus, I brought in a piece of jewelry that I hadn’t purchased there, and they kindly fixed it at no charge! Doug, thank you for your professionalism and for going above and beyond. Helen Warner I left a beautiful and delicate necklace with 4 chains at Runyan’s Jewelers which I somehow had managed to twist, knot and tangle all up. They were so very kind and spent multiple hours to put it right. When it was restored to its original form, I picked it up and expected a bill for the mess I had made. To my surprise there was no charge for all of their work. I am so very grateful to Runyan’s Jewelers for being so wonderful!Thank you again for all of your generous help!

Jill OBrien-Dawson The love of my life bought me a beautiful ring for Valentines Day. I loved everything about it. Thankfully he also bought the warranty that is offered. Eight months later one of the smaller diamonds fell out. No problem - it happens. Because we live in Bellevue we took it to that store for repair. The lady behind the counter refused to repair it as we did not bring it in for the six month adjustment. We did not do this because we were not given that piece of the warranty paperwork that stated we should bring it in. Its a separate document. She suggested that we take it to the Redmond store to see if that manager would be willing to help us. One look at the warranty paperwork we did have, he immediately said yes. He was kind, courteous and professional. Thank you Erik! You are a great manager for Fred Meyer.

Walked us through how it works and our options. She was personable and friendly! We truly enjoyed our time! But our great experience didn’t stop there… I had some issues come up with my bracelet, and I contacted Anne right away. She was prompt to get back to me and, without hesitation, made everything right. We were very pleased with our experience overall, and will definitely be back again (:

Kyler Morrison Just stoped in hoping to find a spring bar for my watch. The gentleman who helped me was named Tab. He is the perfect example of what customer service should be. My experience working with him, though simple and straight forward definitely left a great impression and I will always look to this location for my future jewelry purchases and fixes as long as Tab is still working there. He was patient and polite. If he was my employee I would give him a raise and use him as an example for all your employees.
