They always provided helpful guidance, and I never felt pressured to make a decision. The price also seemed fair and comparable to larger jewelers, even with the more personalized service and custom design. My fiancée loves the ring, and we plan to return here for any future pieces!

My designer, Bobby, has an incredible eye for detail and patiently tweaked the design several times until it was perfect - and both he and Bryan clearly communicated what to expect regarding timelines and cost! Were overjoyed with the end result, and the valuation they proactively provided was an excellent capstone of professional diligence! My phone camera doesnt do the ring justice, but its perfect!

Not only did they offer to clean my rings for my free of charge, but they were also done before originally the projected date I had requested due to an upcoming trip. Buying an engagement ring or any jewelry can be a stressful process full of unknowns, but Joseph Jewelrys team was there every step of the way to answer any questions I had or chime in with advice when I was unsure of how to proceed. Their online system is absolutely dialed in and you can login and chat with them anytime you need to. I live many states away and was still able to design the perfect ring. They were patient and professional and wanted to make sure the ring was designed perfectly before sending it to me. Once the ring was done, my travel plans changed and they were able to work with me to help it arrive on time so I could propose in Portugal. Everyone I chatted with was so friendly and knowledgeable, I am so grateful to have a quality ring from this company. The ring is one of a kind and when you hold it and see it, you can tell it is a quality piece of jewelry with expert craftsmanship. I will be recommending Joseph. I got my necklace back better than new. I was kept in the loop by the team there on updates with the piece and had it back in a. Few days ! For any jewelry needs I will go here !
