Chelsea Jordan My husband and I purchased our first wedding sets from Warrens 10 years ago. Within the last few years we were exploring an upgrade, especially approaching our 10 year anniversary. We traveled to Mexico recently and about 2 weeks before leaving we popped into Warrens to see what options they had. Lynel greeted me with a smile and said "come over and show me what youre thinking". She was genuine, kind, easy to talk to and never once made things feel uncomfortable. I also respected that she stayed within my price range. We found a new ring I fell in love with. Over the next couple of days, my husband and I went back, shopped for a beautiful diamond (an experience Ive never had) and confirmed our new purchase. My husband wanted me to have it for Mexico because we were there for Valentines Day. Lynel and her team made this dream come to fruition in a matter of days. I could not stop smiling the day I was able to wear my ring and still catch myself staring at it often; it is PERFECTION!!! The entire experience was amazing and seamless. Thank you, Warrens and especially Lynel for outstanding customer service.

Anna Moore Janey was very helpful in providing me with information on how to reset my salt and pepper diamond into a new band. Communication was easy and she kept me up to date on the process. I had a bridal shower and was worried I would not have my ring in time to wear it for my special occasion. But lo and behold it was ready the day before! I was so excited to share the engagement ring with all my family! Overall I would definitely go back and recommend this special little jewelry store.

Holly Fritz I am so happy with my experience here. I brought them four rings that needed various repairs. My wedding ring and my engagement ring needed to be sized up, another ring needed a lost diamond replaced, and the last ring was a family heirloom that needed the stone tightened and the ring and cleaned and polished. They had all of the work done in a week and everything is perfect. They were so easy to work with I highly recommend you go to them for your jewelry needs.

Nicole Kalista Falon was amazing. I had been searching for a wedding bad with no luck. I had a design in mind but couldn’t find anyone that made anything close. I reached out to Falon with a design request and she was excited to work on something new. She explained the process in detail. She made sure to understand what I wanted and brought up different ring options and asked questions I hadn’t even thought about. She was also able to get them done in time for our ceremony, as we were cutting it close. My husband and I are in love with our wedding bands and I would absolutely work with her again.

Amanda Bear I absolutely love this place. Mother nature is amazing. I love the staff and their super informative. Must go if youve never been. Not super big but its definitely worth it. My husband and I got some great goodies.

They have great taste for developing clean and modern jewelry and can deliver on unique, trendy looks you havent seen anywhere else. I went the custom design route and brought a solid vision and illustrations to reference. Laksmi was super helpful throughout the process and helped me feel confident in making design tradeoff decisions and teaching me important details that make engagement rings special. Laksmi located the absolute perfect center gem stone for my engagement ring and the exact color of sky-blue accent stones I wanted. Both searches were not standard and she was able to find them quickly. The custom process took 6 weeks and the VM team delivered with no delays! They also work with a 5th generation jewelry fabricator in the area so I felt confident the craftsmanship would be top notch. It was! And my fiancé said yes! She loves the ring and we both cant stop staring at it.

Andrea Duncan Erika makes jewelry that is so unique that I keep going back for more as does my husband. I receive so many nice compliments from co workers and guests when I wear her jewelry. And thank goodness I don’t have to go any further than North Bend for jewelry repairs. She’s the best!

Rebecca Lai I got two lobes and an eyebrow piercing! Oh my god, it was such an easy-going, fun, and such a wonderful experience! Abra was sooo nice and Lucas, who helped us up front, was so knowledgeable and friendly. As someone whose only piercing experience was the classic Claires nail guns at the age of 14, I cannot gush enough how much I loved getting my first piercings here. Definitely gonna be visiting over and over again. :)
