1 /5 Dee Cee: May 14th 12:40 went into the store to get some earrings we told them we needed some earrings for sensitive ears. As we went to check out we had two packs of earrings which we were told they were buy one get one 50% off but then we were told it was only for the more expensive brand although that brand had no labeling of buy one get one 50% off. So we were interested in buying another set of earrings. We have been told upon entry it was buy one get one 50% off or by three get three free. That was all that was said. So when we went back to get two pairs of earrings we were then told we had to buy three we could not buy one and get one 50% off. When asking the manager questions about why the packaging said sensitive solutions she literally said she didnt know why they would say it was sensitive on the package when it wasnt. There was a heavy push from the manager to buy the very expensive earrings. And she was very aggressive! We walked out of the store will not go back here. I dont tolerate my children to speak to me in a rude manner and Im not going to tolerate somebody elses child, in a place of management, to act so disrespectful. I suggest this young lady received training on simply how to speak to customers. Because this one is no longer one. My teen said she was super aggressive. Disgusting.. because of this interaction we headed over to JCPenneys to check out their selection and I was surprised to find hypoallergenic earrings we bought four sets of different types of earrings and it was $24 because they were having a sale.
