2 /5 Brianna Griffin: Despite them being overpriced I bought something for my daughter because we were on a mommy daughter date. There were two employees working the register, I dont know if one of them was in training but they couldnt seem to figure out who should do what. My main problem was the remark made by one them when I said I dont have any smaller bills, "Money bags you." was her remark, with an eye roll tone. To said employee: I know you you dont get paid enough to work a lame job in the mall but remember, you applied for the job, you got the job, be appreciative, you could have a worse job. Be respectful, especially to your customers, they are after all, the ones that contribute to your paycheck. Keep your childish comments to yourself in the presence of customers, you know nothing about my or any other customers life situations and we know nothing of yours. Your comment conveyed that either you arent mature enough to be working or your personality doesnt match the kind of work youre doing. As a fellow woman of color you disappointed. Claires has great products but they are overpriced and have the same problem that most places in the mall do, hiring young people that are mature enough to do their job right, including communicating properly with customers.
