5 /5 Jodi McClain: I have to take a moment to rave about my experience with Don. My husband and I decided somewhat last minute to renew our vows. It was something that we have been thinking about for a while and we knew we wanted to get new rings to exchange. We had looked all over at basically every jewelry store you can think of in the mall or online. I was not finding what I was envisioning in my mind anywhere. That’s when I decided to try to contact a private jeweler and see if we could custom design something. I happened to reach out to Don kind of on a whim after driving by and seeing his store. I let him know the scenario and that we were in somewhat a tight window of five weeks to when I would need the jewelry by. He was very prompt and accommodating to get me into the store to talk about my ideas that I had. From the initial meeting, to picking out my diamonds, to my wax design, and finally to my final product, I could not be more ecstatic! He walked us through every step of the way. It was so exciting to see the vision come to life. Now my husband and I both have one of a kind pieces to cherish forever. I am truly thankful for Don and his craftsmanship.

5 /5 Vyvyan D: If you are looking for a business truly cares about people and operates from the heart, Don Jewelers is the place. When I first reached out to Don, I had a vision for the ring I wanted and he made calls to find this marquise sapphire stone. What I love most about Don is that he doesnt try to up sell you or is pushy about any decision. When we looked at the stones, he focuses on how the overall ring would look on my finger instead of opting in for a bigger or more expensive stone. He works very quickly to meet our timeline and I love that our consultations were so fun. When I received the ring from my partner, I inaudibly gasped for a good minute because the ring was better than the vision I had for it. Don was really great at talking with me through every decision I had for the ring since I initially wanted the side stones to be bigger, but leaving them smaller and proportional allowed the center stone to shine on its own and this is my favorite part of the ring. Don and his wife always makes my family so welcomed (especially my son who loves to play with the toys there). If youre over the typical commercial chain jewelry stores and dont find anything special there, definitely visit Don Jewelers.

I took it there as soon as I moved to WA, and he helped me find the right size to get my ring adjusted to, gave great pricing, and had it done sooner than expected! I love that I can wear my engagement ring now and it fits perfectly. Im thrilled and in love with it. He will be my go-to from now, so I’ll definitely go there for any future needs!

5 /5 Kristen Lawson: If you are looking for a jeweler who can inspect, repair, and polish your pieces look no further. After having horrible experiences at a chain jeweler and then a private one I emailed Don desperate to have my rings fixed/cleaned prior to my anniversary. He was prompt in his responses and extremely professional. He inspected my rings and gave me reassurance no work was needed. He then polished all 3 pieces while I waited making them look brand new. Don’s customer service was excellent and he has earned a new customer today. Highly recommend!

5 /5 Joshua Contreras: I called a couple establishment jewelers with what I was trying to do with an old wedding ring I purchased from auction. I got directed to Don as a trusted and master jeweler that could do what I was looking for, with one saying he is the only other jeweler he trusts. I asked Don to take the wedding ring and make a whole new one with a new look. The process was great, we worked together to come up with the new design, using what I wanted and his already available custom work to piece the new look together and I got to approve of a wax mold before final production as well. When I saw the final piece, I couldnt believe it was from any of the original pieces! He explained how he improved upon all of the diamonds original polish while it was pieced apart with a full 360 polish and it was a clear improvement. The new look was exactly what I wanted. Don is a master at his craft!
