1 /5 Mybuttcheeks 11: I would rate a 0 if I could. Bought a Christmas gift card as a gift on December 11. Loaded 50 dollars on it and threw it in my sock drawer. Come to find out the money was spent on the 17th of December. Gave it to as a gift on the 25th of December So within the time of purchasing someone had spent all my money from the card itself online. Called customer service and they were extremely, disrespectful, unhelpful, and frankly flat out rude. Treated me like I was a criminal trying to steal money from them or pull a fast one on them. And were all in all very annoyed to even hear my problem. Truly rude and horribly disgusting customer service. I’m done shopping with them.

4 /5 Edgar Ignacio: I always check this store to see what they have inside. This time I was not able to find anything I like. The store is well organized and tidy with items easily located because they are appropriately labeled on a location. People here are friendly and approachable whenever you need help of some kind you can always approach them. I will come back next time hopefully they have restocked their inventory.

Me and my mom were done shopping and went to the checkout line (kinda long) and a girl named Grace came over and said she could help at the jewelry till. She was the sweetest and kind person. I gotta give it to you Grace. Keep up the great attitude and helpfulness!!!!
