1 /5 Ashley Anderson: Very dissapointed in the service I received here. I got some work done on my ring here and I was told the cost would be $75 by Chad. When I got my ring back I was charged $125 by another lady with no explanation. When I reached back out to inquire about the price difference I was ignored and never got a response. Seems very shady.

Its everything we couldve wanted and we feel very happy that Chad was a part of that. He was very attentive and knew exactly what we wanted and liked. Great personal experience. Well be making future jewelry purchases with Chad for sure!

After months of searching for a ring that was timelessly beautiful yet unique, I kept hitting dead ends with kitchy salesmen, and generic boring rings that never really caught my eye. Three weeks before the wedding, we were thinking wed have to settle. Then Chad squeezed us in on a weekend, and instantly I found the most stunning piece of jewelry I had ever laid eyes on. It brought me to tears immediately, and as soon as I put it on my hand I knew it was the one. He was able to place the diamond from my engagement ring into this new beautiful floral setting, white gold with the perfect touch of rose gold, in 10 minutes. Outstanding authentic craftsmanship, he is skilled, well-experienced, and so down to earth, we feel 1000% confident in our choice to buy from him and will probably never choose another jeweler besides him for future.

1 /5 Ashley Short: Went to get my ring repaired after an accident. The ring was returned to me completely uncleaned (soldering marks still present all over), completely bent, and with a chipped diamond. My husband picked the ring up quickly on his way back to work and didn’t notice immediately. We will inquire about getting our money back and going elsewhere. I’m just super sad about this because we went to a local jeweler after waiting months for the jewelry store we bought it from to repopen because of COVID. My husband tried to surprise me by getting the ring fixed for our anniversary (as our regular jeweler still wasn’t taking repairs) and I received a ring that was still badly damaged after spending $$$ to get it fixed. Now I will need to send it back out to be fixed again. Very sad and disappointed.
