Gerald Parr Well, this is an interesting one for the books. I came to the store the Friday before Labor Day, thinking they were open (Google said yes), but when I arrived the sign on the door said open, but all was dark. Hmmm, maybe just havent opened. Nobody inside, so I emailed the address from Google and said "Your ad and door says open today, but youre not?" Unfortunately, Mr Android "I know better" spell checker (or my big fingers) jumped in and sent a somewhat different text, only changing AD to something else, where the S is right next to the D. OK, a couple days later I looked at my email and thought...well, you know. Anyway, I sent an apology on behalf of Mr Android and myself and they said they were sorry they werent open. SO, on with the review. I was pleasantly surprised with the place and expected to see people in suits, fancy dresses or whatever and everyone was casually (comfortably) dressed. The conversation was very professional, instructive, informative and sometimes even funny. (yes, they didnt know about the foo-foo) with the email until I mentioned it. It was not an instant expectation of sales or whatever. Its customer oriented, and if you dont see what suits you, pet the cute puppy and be on your merry way. The place is arranged well and able to give you on-the-spot information. Theyve been in business a long time, and I can see why. Maybe if I decide to get my honey of 39 years, it will be a go-to place. Make it your first stop, if at least out of curiosity.

Chris goes above and beyond for his customers. Have to mention that he helped me pick out the perfect engagement and wedding ring set!

Cost Turc This is for Susan that’s I am a costumer also I wase there in the shop and I saw everything what happened, the owner wase so nice with her tryng to do a good discount for her a ring with Diamonds that hase the appraisal 7500$ he wase wanting to salle it for her at 4000$ with certificate and everything, and she finds stoped to talk for a wile and the owner wase asking her if she wants something cheaper than that, than to show her some other cheaper rings than she gate angry for no reason, iven by that the owner tryng to apologize with no fault at all anyway like bussines man have to talk nice he did it but the lady doesent stop to talk bad I wase tryng to talk iven with her but si talked bad iven to mee so this staf its always nice to the people and very helpful so we humans have to be more cind one to each others

Jasmine Henry I made an appointment at DY to buy jewelry to commemorate a big professional accomplishment. I had an amazing experience. Marco was an incredibly knowledgeable and helpful sales associate, who reached out to understand my preferences ahead of the appointment. He curated an amazing personal collection and let me try out as many options as I wanted. David Yurman is an amazing brand, but I strongly advise that individuals who are considering buying online go into the store. Its an incredible customer experience. I cant wait to go back!

Chris A I absolutely love this place as it’s hands down my favorite shop in Olympia. Whenever family or friends visit from out of town I make sure to bring them here. This store offers something for everyone and everything is very reasonably priced. The owners are both real friendly and greet me every time I come in. It’s always a pleasure to visit this place and if you haven’t been yet I suggest you go!

Jay Cushnie I went to Bellevue Coin in Bellevue to sell some gold coins. I easily set up an appointment on-line to speak with a representative. After I checked in at the store I was helped at my appointed time. The rep. Mark was friendly, welcoming and we did our transaction standing at the counter. Mark knew his stuff, explained the sale procedure and walked us through the value of the coins. I got a fair deal and was pleased with the service and the well-lighted facility which has parking and is easily accessible. I am definitely going back to sell some other “stuff” to Bellevue Coin in Bellevue.

Jeff M Memories Jewelry and Watch Repair was recommended by another jewelry store as they were unable to replace my watch’s battery. I called and found Memories did replace Movado watch batteries. So I headed down and saw how busy the store was. But Roth gave me a dollar and time estimate - and he met it. Great experience, I will return.
