1 /5 Reagan Somers: Waited over 10 minutes to even be greeted because I wasn’t a “paying customer”, instead I was dropping off jewelry to be repaired. Completely ignored me standing there, waiting for help while he sat and helped someone else shop. Would have taken you 1 minute to accept my item to be repaired… instead I sat around till I was helped by another associate. So rude.

5 /5 John Howald: They are not rude but very polite. I waited for service while there looked over pieces. My husband was grocery shopping. I wanted to buy a gold chain for my gold medallion. The chain was so badly tangled I could not untangle without breaking chain. When I pulled out my small gold medal he looked at the chain and told he could untangle it. I gave it to him and returned the following day. No fee for service rendered. I plan on returning and buying some nice new earrings for myself there.

1 /5 Alonso Garza: I came here to get a ring resized. After picking up the ring I realized that it was sized too small and was uncomfortable. The African American woman I spoke with when I returned did not even check the ring and simply insisted that I needed to pay again to get ring size fixed. She was extremely rude and handled the situation very unprofessionally. I ended up going up to the Fred meyers jewelers in Ballard and they resolved the issue and were extremely knowledgeable and professional. I do not recommend this location.
