Gary Cronce Case by Case response to Patrick’s negative review, First, we are sorry for the loss of Patrick’s mother. We are also sorry to see this review, as we strive to have a positive relationship with our clients. Patrick came into our shop with an assortment of silver, gold and costume jewelry he wanted to sell.      We made an offer, and he negotiated our price up an additional $2,500. We shook hands, he signed the agreement and left satisfied. He even came back in a couple of days and gave us some more jewelry boxes and bags. A month later he wanted to buy a ring back. We gave him a price and he said he would think about it. 4 months later he texted us, called us criminals and said he was going to write a negative review against us, and he did. We ended up giving him back the ring he wanted, he thanked us and said he will try to remove the negative review, and maybe he did. We never paid him $20 for a $1000 gold chain. When you buy something, you expect to make a profit. We paid over $10,000 for the items and have not come close to getting our investment back, perhaps we never will. GP Ford My wife had a stone come out of her wedding ring, same one that had a stone come out in 2020 so today I called FM Jewelers Sumner and asked for the manager. Aisha Reyes came to the phone to listened to my complaint. Then, instead of getting excuses and runaround I was told to bring in the problem jewelry and she would make it right. I met with Aisha Reyes at the Sumner FM Jewelers later that day, about a repair to my wife wedding ring from June 2020 that needed to be repaired again. Aisha looked up my account and found my past purchase history and said that I had already purchased the lifetime jewelry care plan and should have never been charged for the repair in 2020. (I was charged for a repair that I should not have been charged for) She then promptly refunded my money for the repair right then and there. Also, she quickly offered to make the repairs again at no cost to me. I have not ever had such great service before. She listened, she investigated, and then she did what she said she was going to do...and she made it right! I am extremely impressed and I will definitely recommend Aisha Reyes and Fred Meyer Jewelers Sumner to anyone. This is a five star review. If I could give her 10 stars I would! I will buy there again!

Taylor S I absolutely love this store. I was visiting Seattle and made sure to swing by. Thanks to traffic I made it to the shop with 5 min to spare before closing. Miranda stayed open for me. Let me take my time shopping and recommended a lot of pieces and just made my visit so amazing. I have been buying from And Arlen online for 4 years now. Almost all of my jewelry is from this shop (my absolute favorite being the fidget rings and ear cuffs!!!). If you’re looking for a wonderful place to get beautiful handmade jewelry I cannot recommend this shop enough. They also do custom pieces. I was guided through the whole process well, continuously being offered great ideas as we matured the ring. Multiple wax models to ensure everything was exactly as I wanted in real life and even tweaked the finish once I saw the final ring. Cannot recommend enough.
