Ruth Stolk This was my first experience at the jewelry source. It was recommended by our neighbor who has been to your business multiple times. We had an expensive piece of jewelry that needed to be altered, and we were not disappointed in the outcome. It was beautifully enhanced due to size that I needed for my finger. It was flawless. I was so happy to come back from a long trip to find it in such a great condition as it Was a 35 year relationship gift. I was also thrilled that they were willing to inspect and clean my wedding band and ring at no cost. Such a wonderful addition and unexpected outcome. Thank you so much for your service. MJ I had a few stones that Garlands assessed and held onto until I figured out what exactly I wanted to do with them. Once I figured it out, I was able to coordinate with Kris from across the state on the design. With this, Garlands custom made a flawless, beautiful, one of a kind piece. I cannot express how seamless it was to work with Kris and James from out of town— I couldn’t have had a better experience and the ring turned out more beautiful than I could have ever imagined!

DJ James Not ones to typically write reviews, but after receiving such exceptional service from Tiffany in the jewelry department, we really wanted to acknowledge her for making the extra effort to obtain the exact rose gold ring we were looking for that they dont generally carry in the store. In addition, she was able to get the in-store price for us. Tonya and Garrett were also very pleasantly helpful. Fred Meyer was our first choice when we started looking for what we wanted due to the excellent service we have received in the past. No one has ever tried to talk us into something else if they didnt carry, or could not find, exactly what we were looking for. They truly live up to their mantra, "We are here to please." eazytrgt Recently went to get an engagement for my now fiancé. Staff was extremely helpful in meeting my needs. I had a quick turn around for getting an engagement ring that require shipping and assembly of the ring. The staff (particularly the manager) was extremely helpful in helping me get the ring in time and ensuring I stayed within my budget. Very thankful for the staff here!
