Elisabelle Gonzalez Tara is amazing! I had been looking to sell my jewelry for years but never came across someone that I felt I could trust until I met Tara. Its especially difficult having a lack of knowledge in this expertise and trying to find a business that will be honest about the true worth of jewelry. She is open and honest about her work and she has made me a loyal life-long client. She is so fun to talk to, our appointments felt more like fun, rather than business (though she was able to multi-task both). Taras communication is very quick and thorough. Shes an extremely hard worker and truly does everything she can for her clients. I cant imagine going anywhere else for jewelry related needs and I wish I could rate her more stars!

Back in 2021, my husband bought my engagement ring and had an appraisal done . Fast forward to 2025, and my ring unfortunately went missing. Filing an insurance claim with Allstate (wouldn’t recommend) has been nothing short of a nightmare. Thankfully, Jill at JLewis Jewelry stepped in to help. She kindly provided a new appraisal right away, and when the insurance company rejected it, she went the extra mile to get me a detailed estimate for a replacement—even though it was time-consuming and totally outside of her obligation. She didn’t have to do any of it, but she did—with such grace and kindness. That’s rare to find these days. The quality of their jewelry and their customer service is truly unmatched. I’ll be coming back to JLewis Jewelry for all my diamond and gold needs. If you’re looking for a trustworthy jeweler, give them a try—you won’t be disappointed!

She was always so patient, kind, and communicative while we went back and forth on what we liked and didn’t like to help us find our ring. She listened patiently and even ordered rings to the shop so we could try them on in-person and find just what we were looking for. We love our rings and would come back for any of our jewelry needs. Christine Omoto I found Brothers Jewelry through a google search and after reading their reviews, I decided to contact them about creating a wedding band. The process was initially intimidating because 1.) I’ve never had custom jewelry done before, 2.) it seems like an expensive endeavor, and 3.) I did not know if they really took on small projects like a simple wedding band. I didn’t want to waste their time or mine! The initial consultation was fast and I was left a little hesitant only because Scott seemed like he was very busy and there wasn’t any formal explanation of the process or any sketches done (things I guess I’ve heard are possibly conducted in the initial appointment?). I gave him pictures of what I wanted and he basically said, yup, I can do that. He was professional and gave a very reasonable price quote. Let me be clear and say that my intimidation and hesitation were self-induced and was just resultant of me being new to the whole process! I’m just trying to give a helpful, honest account of my experience for those who, like me, have no idea what to expect going into this sort of thing. Fast forward to the finish date, and Scott did an absolutely beautiful job on my wedding band and it is exactly what I wanted and had pictured in my mind. They finished on time and there was no surprises in the final cost either. I will definitely consider them again for any future custom projects. They are professionals and very good at what they do!
