Rachel Tiffany Diamonds and Pounders is a girls best friend! The staff here has always been so kind, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. I have been a customer here for years and I can confidently say that this is the best jewelry store in Spokane. They have all my jewelry needs and service them so well. Not to mention that when they need a good clean, they look brand new when I get it back! Spokane is blessed to have the jewelry store here! Thank you Pounders!

Logan Silverberg First off: special shout out to Sam Altman of the University Village location in Seattle, WA. He took the time to educate me on what to look for in diamonds and settings, explained all the options, and even helped me pick a few different combinations of stone and settings. I loved the fact that I could see each individual diamond online at high magnification and 360 degree view. It really helped me pick the perfect stone. I also loved that I could see how various shapes would look on every single setting available. My only qualm is that FedEx is a terrible courier and delivered my package a week later than scheduled on 2nd Day shipping due to a myriad of problems. I wish Brilliant Earth would use a different courier.

Lujan Will Ive been to multiple coins shops through out Washington and Oregon, this place hands down has the best pricing and the most coins on display. You can actually go in there and find what your looking for without help from any employees. Probably the best thing I like about them. Most coin dealers "you have to know what youre looking for", they have to run into the back to find it. Or I get "not to many people collect Jefferson nickels" with a puzzled look. This place has a massive display of Pennies, nickels, dimes, quaters and a ton of slabbed stuff. Ontop of that, their pricing is right on par with internet prices and they staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. A must see store!!!

Juls pulido I went to jewelry exchange in Renton where I bought my ring it broke but when I took it back they repaired it in two hours at no cost. very nice people good customer service very understanding and what I liked they put the customers first. Will continue to shop and purchase my diamonds there.

born inbham Yeah wow!! Rude AVOID these people off putting dismissing employees that could careless if they get your business.. Shop local! Wanted us to just drop off grandmas ring with them without giving us a clue what it would cost to fix and no offer of stone options.. No thank you we will go to the jewelry store down by the water and Antonys Hearthfire. Unbelievably rude she just wanted her ring fixed and was ready to buy a diamond and you missed it!!!

Roniann Mears I can’t speak highly enough of this local family owned business. Not only are they incredibly kind, but they also do beautiful work. I had the shank of my wedding ring replaced with white gold (from yellow gold) and couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. They also rebuilt a few prongs to make the diamonds more secure. They were incredibly patient with me while I swayed between ideas and I’ll definitely be a returning customer. Thanks so much Brent, Bryce, and Mike for the amazing experience ☺️
