I have been a customer here for years and I can confidently say that this is the best jewelry store in Spokane. They have all my jewelry needs and service them so well. Not to mention that when they need a good clean, they look brand new when I get it back! Spokane is blessed to have the jewelry store here! Thank you Pounders!

2 /5 Cheyanne Webb: I really really wish I could leave a better review. The staff at pounders are lovely. Very kind and accommodating. But I’m simply unsatisfied with the craftsmanship. First, the band was soldered off center, but I lived with it. Then 5 months later it lost a diamond. So I sent it in (I live in Italy so I waited many weeks for repair and risked losing it in the mail), but it was sent back to me after inspecting the prongs and repairing the damages with the main stone noticeably crooked. I havent even had this ring for ONE year and I live in fear of losing the stone everyday. I guess this is why we pay for a warranty, but I’m still disappointed. A ring this new and this expensive shouldn’t need multiple repairs a year. Is this normal?

I called and explained that I had been waiting on a mail ordered stone, it took a while, and I hopefully needed my ring finished in 3 days! Teresa assured me theyd get it done, when I got down there and person she was thorough in her examination of the piece, and made the experience all about me. She is incredibly knowledgeable and respectful. I got my finished ring back midday yesterday, turnaround being under 48 hours I believe, and the finished product is even better than I expected. I also forgot my old stone I swapped out at the shop due to being in a rush when I was picking up the ring. Teresa called me in the morning today to let me know they had it, incredibly honest people. Id highly recommend Pounders to any Spokanite looking for jewelry repair, purchase etc.
