5 /5 Ash&Tom: Honest, Friendly, and Fair! I can’t say enough good things about this place! From the moment I walked into Pawn Express, I was greeted with a friendly smile and truly helpful service that’s hard to find at big stores. The owner keeps it real and straightforward, which I appreciate. Whether youre shopping, selling, or just looking around, they make you feel like a valued customer. When I went in to sell some items, they offered a fair price, no lowballing or pressuring me into a quick sale. It’s clear they care about creating long-term relationships, not just making a quick profit like many others. Their selection is great too! There’s everything from tools and electronics to collectible items and nice jewelry, all at reasonable prices. Places like this are so important to the local community, and Pawn Express is a perfect example of how a small business should be run. If you’re nearby, I highly recommend stopping in. Whether you’re looking for a good deal or need quick cash, you won’t find a better place.

5 /5 James Crawford: I have shopped here a couple of times now, and Im still amazed at the variety of cool stuff they have! It is more like an upscale second hand store than a pawn shop. I picked up a retro pair of Jordan 1s and a super cool carved elephant statue that I didnt know I needed. The staff are so nice and inviting! Definitely going back for more.

5 /5 Chris Rodriguez: I really had a great experience at this pawn shop store especially going there for the very first time. I was surfing on OfferUp on my phone and I notice that they have a 3DS game called Pokemon Moon available on their OfferUp. When I called and ask the person on the phone call to put it on hold, they put it on hold for me and I also let them know ahead of time of my estimated time to arrive there. I am a man of my words when I ask them to put the game on hold and will purchase it. As soon as I arrived there the lady worker greeted me and she was a sweetheart. When I mentioned my name that I have a order on hold, she knew and she helped me out at the front cashier. I’m glad that they have the Pokemon Moon game available. I bought it as my collection and will definitely play it during my spare time. I even tried playing the game on my 3DS and it works like brand new with no issues so far. I will definitely go back to Pawn Express if they ever have something that I like to buy whenever.

1 /5 Mayleah Harris: I came into this store with the intention of purchasing jewelry and was prepared to spend money. While I waited patiently for the owner to finish assisting another customer (a white woman), I noticed a drastic change in her attitude when it was my turn. Her demeanor shifted completely—cold, dismissive, and unwelcoming. No one should be treated the way I was. It was clear that bias played a role, and that’s unacceptable. I will never support this business, and I encourage others to think twice before doing so.

5 /5 Abdi Dahir: Never in my life did I think Id leave a review for a pawn shop but then again life is full of surprises. As a new dad of twins life got complicated and things started to pile up. I went in to get a loan using my PlayStation as collateral hoping to pick up on my next payday but life got in the way. Before my 90 day deadline came up Maureen called me she left me a message and when I called back hoping to get some more time she was willing to work with me. I went in today right after work thanked her for the extension and got it paid and picked it up. Gotta say Maureen went above and beyond. If you need time just be honest and Im sure she will help you. Thanks again Maureen for the great experience!!! 10/10 would definitely recommend!!!!
